Disappointed traveler

When we entered the first assigned hotel room, it smelled like a pet was in the bed. The staff did not deodorize the room. After complaining, we were assigned to another room. The sheets were stained and had human hair left in the sheets. We were assigned to another room (which was the third room), which was okay. The manager did accommodate us for the inconvenience.

Extended Stay

Pros: Very reasonably priced. Front counter staff are always friendly.
Cons: The cleaning of the rooms.
I have stayed at the same Extended Stay for the better part of 12 weeks. The only issue I have is that the cleaning staff do not do their job. The bathroom, the toilet, the counter in the kitchenette. One week there is an extra roll of toilet paper, the next not. One week there are disposable cups in the bathroom, the next not. I have witnessed the cleaning staff talking on their cell phone and cleaning a room for over an hour yet they cannot clean or stock them appropriately.

I think prison might be nicer

Frightening, it felt like going into a poor development housing project. Dirty carpet, hallways smelled like cigarettes, noisy inside and out. I had to leave suddenly but if not, i would not have slept a wink. Never again.i

If he worst place we have ever stayed

We arrived there after the mid night and there was NO front desk person working. There were 6 other people waiting for the front desk person to check in for 45 Min. We had to wait for another 45 Min for someone to finally show up and check in to our bed room. We were so tired but there was no single chair in the waiting room. I have traveled so many places and I have never seen any hotel in which there was no front desk person checking in to my bedroom. The bed room lights were terrible; the bad tub was so old. We had the worst experience in this place and I will not recommend to anyone to use this place even though the price was low. The place was not unsafe though (located in reasonable nice location). But the service must improve.

Toothpaste stains on counter, carpet stains near the bed. the bed skirt was stained, dust on TV stand. The toilet wasn’t flushed. The staff on the other hand was excellent, very friendly and accommodating.

Surprising

I assumed the Extended Stay Brand would be a good choices for out lengthy visit, but I was mistaken. I arrived at the hotel and checked in with the desk clerk who was nice. He only gave me one key which was a bit odd due to the fact that I had listed 2 guest for the room. But I didn’t give it much thought. I get to my room and get a glance at it and thought okay this will work. But then I step into the bathroom and noticed the tub had rust on it and that was a turn off. Later my girlfriend noticed we only had one face towel and that one was dirty. So i go up to the desk and ask for more towels and I was told that I would have to wait because they were in the dryer and still needed to be folded by the desk clerk. So We didnt get new towels until the next day. Then after being in the room for a day I come across a huge red stain on our carpet. Just made the room look terrible. I don’t think they keep up with the rooms well enough. And we were also told that the housekeeper only comes by after we check out. Sucks right? They had a very small breakfast selection but on the website the pictures revealed more. This place was very misleading. Upon the last time I went up to the desk I wanted to check out early but no one was there. I waited about 15 minutes and not one showed. All I wanted was a receipt inwhich I was unable to get. So I left my key at the counter. I honestly wouldn’t pay for another night there or recommend that place to anyone. Its just not worth it.

Kicked out no reason

Prepaid for 2 nights. Before the first night, staff kicked us out because they thought they smelled smoke., however we do not smoke. Lost our money. We demand a refund!!

Old, out of date and no breakfast

We have stayed other ones before but much better condition. The breakfast is a joke, instant oatmeal with a energy bar. Room is old and out of date.
