The breakfast was great… the shower was pretty good as well… BUT the beds were uncomfortable, the doors are weighted and slammed at all the hours of the night and early morning. Housekeeping staff could be heard as if they were in our room… and woke us up quite early! Brought details to the host, anticipating a credit of some sort… nothing.

Hello, we are happy our enjoyed bread and the shower. We hate to hear you found the beds uncomfortable they are brand new and standard beds from Hilton . Most of our guests really enjoy the beds but everyone has a preference for their comfort. As far as hearing the doors close we cannot control when guests come in and out. Have a nice day!

The front desk was exceptional. We had a funeral to go to we got to do an early check in and there was a problem with moms room but they quickly fixed the problem knowing that we had a death in the family they eased our burden

Miscommunication between the hold and what was actually being charged, no biggie it just have been made clear from receptionist making the reservations up until check-in. My first room the shower did not drain, nothing worst then showering in your own dirty water. Second room toilet didnt properly flush. For this facility to charge $507.00 for a weekend these minor inconsistencies should be fixed immediately, its the little things that makes the stay well worth it or even returning. Otherwise breakfast smelled good, didnt try as I didnt take the time too. Fromt area very clean, hallways can use a vacuum or two.

Hello. Our apologies that you had an issue with shower glad we were able to get you another room. If and when you have anything in the room that is not working correctly please call front desk and they will call maintenance. Upon check in every guest is told about the hold fee than it gets released in 5 to 7 businee days depending on your bank. Wish you would have had time to experience the breakfast our guests enjoy it. The room is very clean and has a large space. Room also has a huge bathroom. There's also hot breakfast included in our stay. Great place to stay.

It’s a small hotel staff are Lovely only complaint the walls are thin so you can hear housekeeped and sometimes people next door in other rooms . Break fast was great

We have used this hotel several times as it is close to your family when we fly in from CA. Always pleasant and clean. Great overnight stay location for us.

Lovely spacious bed room and walk in shower. Very clean. Appreciated the large containers of hand soap, shampoo, conditioner. Helpful and better to environment. Had to arrive very late and was able to notify staff so they knew. A little concerned if I could have checked in after 2:30 am but thankfully didn't have to find out. We were in room 204 and do be aware you will smell breakfast and her the early participants as the room overlooks the area through the hall way open to the atrium.

I booked a non smoking room but the room smelled like cigarettes smoke , the towels had stains toilet bowl was not clean. I stayed one night because it was after 12pm

Never been disappointed staying here. Except for the late check-in time 4:00 means you paying for a full day but getting a half day stay. We actually had to sleep in our car until we were able to check in.
