The hotel was very clean, which is always one of my top priorities, and the room itself was comfortable enough that I genuinely enjoyed spending time there. The staff was friendly and helpful, although there were a few occasions when no one was at the front desk when I stopped by. It wasn’t a major issue, but it did stand out. The surrounding area is a bit limited when it comes to dining options—mostly fast food chains—so keep that in mind if you’re looking for a variety of restaurants. That said, I was able to find a nearby liquor store, grabbed a bottle of wine along with some takeout, and had a relaxing night back in my room. We didn’t even realize until the next day that our room probably wasn’t thoroughly cleaned. We found a pill package on the floor (s\*x enhancement pills from gas station!!!) - so gross! The couch in the room had a bunch of black spots on it. Our window also didnt have blinds to block the light out. We just had a sheer blind. We later realized other rooms had real blinds! The condition of the building was poor. Hallways would smell like cigarettes and stale air. Found peeling paint and cracks in our room. The carpet looked dirty. No toothbrushes or extra grooming amenities available in the room. You must call the front desk and pick it up. Morning breakfast was not good at all as well. Overall the experience was very disappointing, we regret spending our money here, even if it was 1 night. Also we paid $40 in parking fees!!! Leaving the parking lot was $20 each time. An absolute rip-off. So disappointing, please look for other hotels in the area.
