The staff were friendly and efficient. A special acknowledgement to Naisha who helped locate a pair of glasses that I had left behind in the room. The bed was very comfortable and we had a choice of soft and firm pillows. The hot breakfasts were convenient and provided a good variety of options.

Entire first floor smelled like cigarettes, and not just by the main entrance. Strongest odor by the rooms, near 138.

Overall the stay was great. Kind and helpful staff who helped me every time. Only downside was a glitch with my key card so I had to get a new one every day.

Everything was ok until they moved us to a different room they said it was a mistake in rooms customer services made a mistake. They didn't offer any discounts or breakfast.

It does not live up to the standard of the Holiday Inn Express brand. I honestly can say that I should get a refund!! When traveling i always look to Holiday Inn Express for my traveling needs for its comfort, cleanliness and quick breakfast. This particular site had none of those qualities. It should either give up the name or close to remodel...

The bathroom was not clean. The vanity had cup rings and splatter that came off when I rubbed it with toilet paper so you know it wasn't cleaned. The floor had crumbs and dust and stuff too. The bed was comfy though. It was a loud location so if you're sensitive to a lot of noise while you sleep, stay somewhere else. Overall I probably would not stay here again.

My hotel room was less than spic and span. The shower ceiling had paper towels stuck in it to protect from….? There was left over food in the fridge. There was some kind of yellow stain on then bathroom wall…I know this isn’t a ritzy hotel, but I paid a pretty penny and would not stay here again.
