Host up to 20 Guests!!! - Close to Nyc, EWR - 4 Private Parking Spaces!!!

My family of nine came in for a two night stay to go to a family function. If there is a 0 on the scale I would definitely have put that as an experience with this home and the property owner Heather. Appears to look good on the outside but needs LOTS of repairs which should be stated in the description of website for all to see. I paid for the early check in and in the notes states "so the cleaning ladies can have it ready by that time". Upon arrival the house was NOT CLEAN! The mats on the floor are dirty, and and ripped at the edges. The bathrooms had fuzz/lint all over them and there is a bad odor. The home has not been swept or mopped. The front patio door does not lock, the master room blinds are broke and there is one missing in the middle. The house has very cold drafts throughout it all. When I opened the beds there was dust/lint all over the sheets...bad odor on the pillowcases..The lower level wall is falling apart. I sent pictures as the email stated if there was any issues. Heather calls to notify me she is aware of all of the issues and has been working on getting it all fixed, also stated I am "contentious" and is going to shut the phone while I am talking! Check out instructions she sends me an email/text stating to have the home CLEANED before we leave or there will be deductions from the $100 security deposit...was expected to take out and separate the trash, pull the sheets off the beds, roll up and put away the beds ..while cleaning services are paid for as part of the stay! By the way, I had to ask for the ninth bed, which should have been there since she texted before arrival and asked if she can put them up ...I let her know where but it was not done... website states up to 20 guests. Heather is GREAT at taking the money but BAD at providing great service!
