Terrible Customer Service

I scheduled the room for the wrong date and thwy refused to correct the mistake. The management are inflexible and would not stay there again.

Pros: Deli/cafe open 24 hours; shuttle service to the airport; we were able to leave our luggage on the day we left since we had a late flight.
Location: close to the airport and other hotels; not sure what was right in the vicinity; we took the train into New York City
Stayed a few days while on vacation. Staff was very helpful. Room cleaned promptly everyday. Room very comfortable. Good food at the restaurant.

good hotel near airport

Good hotel. They had a free shuttle to airport every 30 min. The room was clean and staff professional. Only thing wrong was the restaurant they gave me wrong order, hen made my order wrong but hey rectified it.

Location not great

Pros: Convenient for airport, reasonable price, free Wi-Fi.
Cons: Spruce up public areas, better maintenance, provide clear directions for finding it when booking.
Location: It's near the airport: you wouldn't stay there for any other reason.
Hotel is on Frontage Road, which is close to the airport, but also just down the road from a big prison. Frontage Road has no access from local streets, only from I-78 or US-9. The off-ramps from these highways are not signed for Frontage Road, so it's hard to find, even with satnav. The hotel staff were helpful, and the room was clean and well equipped, but it could do with a bit of maintenance. It has a free shuttle to the airport every half hour 24/7.

Convenient to Airport

This hotel absolutely suited my needs in terms of convenience to airport after a very long flight from Australia. Service, shuttle and quality of room were all great.

Wifi condition is the worst.

Terrible wifi condition and I tried wth different wifi name and they are just the same. Don't stay here if it is for working . The people in the hotel are very nice but nobody clean the room until 3pm. definitely will not stay here again.
