Pros: Staff were very pleasant - from the check in guys to the restaurant waiters to the shuttle driver. As a single girl, I felt very comfortable here.
Warm welcome from front desk staff! Much appreciated after a long flight. Updated rooms were comfortable. The restaurant made it easy to have dinner without leaving the property. Would come back and spend more time to explore NYC.

Pros: Clean and comfy.
Location: It is difficult to find places around the area as there is one-way and small streets, not easy to get around.
The hotel is nice. But the traffic around the area is confusing.

Overall it was great... My 3 yr old, who is crazy about planes, remained glued to the window watching planes taxi, take off and land. We did miss was a microwave. Had some food for kids that needed to be warmed.

It's a so-so air port hotel with below the bar of room furnitures, especially in the bathroom. It's over charged.

My reservation through hotels.com was stuck in the system somewhere. My confirmation number from hotels.com had too many numbers to be valid and I had to log into the internet to pull up the reservation on email because i forgot my hard copy. Associated with this problem seemed to be the reason housekeeping entered my room while i was in the bathroom when i was naked from the waist down. All of these issues were handled most effectively by the customer service skills of your staff. My one issue that caused significant dissatisfaction with my stay was the water. The water smelled like a swamp. There was an aroma of an algae bloom in the shower and once I made the mistake of using the tap water to rinse my mouth. The taste was horrible. I do not know if it was the local water supply or an issue with contamination of the system within the hotel. I would stay here again. I would not recommend walking outside the hotel grounds after dark.

Very nice, clean hotel. Upset about the fact that there is first additional costs during booking procedure, then an additional fee for parking, and then breakfast. All together more expensive than expected.

I found this to be an excellent hotel. Two problems, one it was difficult to get to driving. We are from a small island in the Atlantic ocean so when we had to take a loop to get to the hotel we got lost the first time. Also, it was not as close to the Jersey Garden's Mall as I wanted it to be which may not be the fault of the hotel as they did say it was 10 minutes away. one of my main reasons for picking this hotel is because of the proximity to JGM :(
