Convenient to Newark Airport

Pros: Very friendly staff, extremely accommodating. Good location. Priced competitively with the adjacent hotels
Cons: Tired property, wall paper was peeling, carpets were dirty. Overall, dingy. The lobby is being renovated, but our room (323) needs an overhaul
Location: Jersey Gardens Outlet Mall is across the street
Located adjacent to the Jersey Gardens Outlet Mall, and a few minutes from Newark Airport. Very convenient if you're returning a rental car. The hotel is "tired", and needs a top to bottom overhaul and cleaning.

Good for the price

Overall I was very pleased with my stay. Check in was super easy, the beds were comfortable, room was very clean and the staff was nice. The shuttle to and from the airport comes every 30 minutes so make sure you plan it. I only really have one complaint and that's the breakfast. i wasn't expecting much but I was hoping for at least some healther options, fruit that's wasn't going bad and eggs that tasted like eggs. But aside from that, I enjoyed my stay.

Excellent with Exceptions

Pros: Nearness to airport. Large size room. Cleanliness of room. Kindness of staff.
Cons: Breakfast menu to accommadate gluten free guests. Clean up and improve the pool.
Location: Great locatiion for shopping,air travel and the Garth Brooks concert.
I am gluten free-breakfast had no gluten free bread or cereal or items I could eat.I also am a swimmer and the pool was not crystal clear or at all appealing for swimming so I would not be comfortable using it.The room was great and people kind. I needed extra pillows because of my handicapps and it took three calls to have them found and sent to our room.

Hotel close to shopping and restaurants and movies

Great location and also close to airport. 24/7 shuttle to airport connecting to car rentals. Close to transportation to NYC. Hotel under construction but really not interfering with stay. The room had some tell tale signs of previous guests, the cleaning help could have handled this better. Staff at front desk very accommodating ... early check in and secure hold of luggage for a later departure.. Also provided help in securing a rental car and directions.

Checked In and was impressed immediately by the staff of the hotel. Caring and attentive staff. Definitely will stay again.

Hotel close to NYC

Bathrooms are terribly outdated. Tub stained no hand towel rack. The beds were comfortable but the walls needed painted and the carpets need cleaned.

Hotel for concert and trip to NYC

Very slow check in. Only one person seemed to be able to answer questions. Were not very helpful on how to get into NYC

Love this hotel

This was the 4th time I’ve stayed here and will be staying there again if I’m in the area. The staff is always pleasant and helpful. The pool and jacuzzi are a plus

If you need to stay near EWR this hotel is CLOSE and CONVENIENT. It was CLEAN. Staff was CORDIAL. And COMPLIMENTARY breakfast was great.

Adequate but not memorable. Free breakfast has yummy waffles and good shuttle to airport.
