Only if your laying over for a flight

Posted Jan 22, 2018
The hotel itself is under construction, which isn't an issue. However, I've stayed at countless hotels in my adult life, and have never been charged for parking. So as the title of this review insinuates, unless your utilizing the shuttle, you will be charged approximately $18 for parking. I simple will not and can not wrap my mind around this policy. To add injury to insult is that there is no valet! So you pay to stay on the property, pay for parking, and have to park your vehicle yourself...ridiculous!

Great hotel and staff for good price!

Great friendly staff and nice room and hotel Bar. The hotel pool is completely being renovated so there is a little dust and construction going on but price and proximity to the Airport + staff make it a place i will keep returning to!

Major work should close it down until done.

Posted Jan 1, 2018
Pros: Some people but nothing else
Cons: Almost everything. Terrible experience and not impressed with the major work going on.
Location: Na
The check in was fine and a nice gentleman told us we could leave our luggage in their storage for a few nights. On our way to our room, we noticed wooden boards up everywhere as major work was being done. We got to our room to find the bathroom door broken it was almost falling off and unable to close it. when we checked out we found that they couldn’t store our luggage after all, The woman was so rude to us we cancelled our next reservation and won’t be back again.

We always want our guests to have a memorable experience at our hotel, and it is disappointing to learn that we seem to have missed the mark during your stay. I want to apologize for any inconvenience you faced, and wish we would have had the opportunity to address this matters during your stay.

Rude unhelpful service, major construction.

Posted Dec 30, 2017
The appeal to stay here was the undercover pool, however there was major construction work going on and everything was closed. The door to our bathroom was almost falling off and couldn’t be closed. Most of the staff were great except Stella at the check in desk. Not only was she unhelpful, she went out of her way to be unhelpful!! Stella was so rude that I have since cancelled our next reservation. We have stayed in many hotels around the world and never come accross a more rude individual. My suggestion to Stella is to work on her customer service. Thanks to Stella, Hilton hotels will never get another cent from us.

Surprising

Posted Dec 19, 2017
The room was nice, updated and larger than expected. The pool and lobby are being removed, so no sleeping in late or extra amen. Breakfast is not included, but we enjoyed it. We had some loud neighbors come in at 1am with kids and they were shouting and slamming the door. We called the front desk and it was quiet for like 20 minutes. We didn't sleep after 14 hours of driving. The next morning we told the front desk about it and learned the loud neighbors checked out. Then the nice young lady asked us to have breakfast to feel better. That meant a lot because we were tired and needed a pep up. The staff was friendly everywhere.
