Nice hotel close to the airport

Nice hotel that is clean and affordable. Close to the airport and easy to find. I wish they didn’t pay for parking though.

I WAS AWAKEN TO THE SOUNDS OF CONSTRUCTION

I paid for a room but my somber was rudely interrupted due to construction taking place first thing in the morning. Wouldn’t it make sense to behind working on renovations after check out, between 11am-3pm! Very disappointed! Very tired!

Under Construction!

The hotel was under construction. It would have been nice to know that ahead of time. Then they gave away my reservation for a King size bed. I went up to the room and saw I had what was suppose to be two double sized beds. No way me and my boyfriend could fit in the same bed. I went downstairs to complain because never at any time does the staff answer the phones!! Luckily, a very nice woman by the name of Edith let me know that another customer had just turned in their key as they did not need a King size bed. Edith was very nice and even comp'd my parking cost and wifi cost for the inconvenience.

Bathroom had rust stain running down from the bar on the tiles in shower. Housekeeping tried to get rid of it but couldn't. Hair was on the shower walls. Bathrooms need to be cleaned better.

Convenient hotel close to airport.

Chose this hotel because of pool, learned only upon arrival of massive ongoing construction and unavailability of pool.

We had a great stay!

The staff was wonderfully accommodating at this hotel. Everyone was genuinely pleasant and super helpful. At check-in and checkout, Stella Gray was helpful, sweet and so warm. We’ll definitely be back if we ever need a hotel in the Newark area again!

Awesome, kind, smart staff.i had a hard time trying to get on a flight and couldn't get one until the next day. They made a hard night easier.

Good stay

The hotel was nice, the staff was friendly. There is an airport shuttle that leaves every 15 minutes to the airport which is very convenient. There are some renovations that are taking place and I anticipate that the upgrades and new additions will definitely enhance the experience.
