Easy access to train for New York .

Pros: We liked the fact that the shuttle bus ran too and from the airport every 15 minutes and bus drivers were very obliging , great link for train to city
Cons: The wifi could be free of charge .
Location: Not much to do in the vicinity of the hotel but easy access to New York and we used uber taxis to get to outlet mall and restaurants , very reasonable
Very good , friendly helpful staff , clean and comfortable rooms and beds , clean towels every day , would stay here again .

Great hotel, spacious rooms and good facilities. However would prefer if pool opened before 10am

Best Hotel Chain

I always stay at Double Tree. It is the best chain in all the places I"ve stayed at.

Nice hotel in the middle of nowhere.

My only complaint is that one is not allowed to check in until 4 p.m. That is a long time to wait when one has been on an airplane from Europe and gets to the hotel about 1 p.m. The whole point of staying there was to get a restful layover before continuing my journey the next day.

Airport Hotel

The first things I notice was the weird smell in reception on arrival. The girl on reception was rather abrupt! The lobby carpets were shoddy and in need of a thorough vacuum. Our room was ok on night 1 of 6 - however the bathroom floor tiles were cracked and the bathtub needs renewing. There were plates left on the floor of the corridor for 2 nights, also dirty laundry left in the corridor! Dirty crockery and cutlery was left in our room throughout our stay! On the second day, following a trip into NYC, we returned at 2.15am, to discover our key card for the room did not work - off to reception we went.... 15mins later the receptionist finally sorted one of our cards. The full breakfast ($18.95) left a lot to be desired. Wifi cost is $12.95 per day! For a 'Hilton' hotel it was very disappointing!

i stayed there for 8 nights and was allowed to check in at noon instead of 4 pm. Room was nice but on the 5th night onwards room was hurriedly cleaned .... several items in the room were not replenished and bathroom smelled like used wet rugs. Service all around could be improved. Far from any restaurants or stores.

Its always nice when I stay there I bring my dog&it's pet friendly so it works great for me the staff is friendly the rooms are always clean.
