Urine Stained and Smell Pull out Sofa Bed Mattress

Pros: The breakfast was good
Cons: Cleanliness of mattresses!
Location: ok.
Overall the experience was ok. The one thing that would deter me from possibly staying again is the Urine stained and awful pee smell that came from the pull out sofa bed mattress. My son was to sleep on it, but after the discovery of it, I told him we would just close it back up and put sheets on the sofa itself for him to sleep on. It really was disgusting. The hotel needs to do better with cleanliness!! Also, I thought that it was outrageous that hotel guests had to pay for parking (whether it was by the airport or not)! I probably would not stay again.

The shuttle doesn't pass after midnight. Be aware

Hi, on September 15 2017 around 23h45 I missed my shuttle at the P4 station. I had to wait 1h even if I called the desk a couple of times. All others Marriott and the Hilton and the Best Western and Holiday Inn have shuttle that goes to P4 every 15-20 minutes 24/24. We were at least 10 persons that had to wait 1h during the night because they didn't care. The driver didn't care and the staff didn't care when we arrived at the hotel that night and even the next morning. Really sad but if you plan to use the NJ Transit with the Airtrain at Newark Airport , then don't stay at that hotel if you plan to return to your hotel after midnight. Also be careful, the shuttle during the day pass only every 15 pass the hour and 15 minutes before the next hour. So it's not true that there's a shuttle every 15 minutes like the others hotel.

Room was with weird smell(like poop) Need to have air freshener or something. Need to check the room

it's was like being at home very nice.everything you need at the holtal. And if you are driving your car is secure in the parking lot.

The hotel room could have been cleaner stains on the carpet the sheets wasn’t clean the room had a funny smell the hot tub was dirty
