Breakfast

Breakfast was really bad. Old bread and pastries. Frozen food for the warm station which was very unhealthy. There wasn’t a healthy option besides over ripe fruit.

Dear valued Guest, Extremely sorry for your experience. Thanks for letting us know. All our bakery items are procured on the following day each time. Fruits are locally purchased every day and we do not keep any fruits overnight. We have a local market where from the fruits are delivered on the previous evening. We will definitely check what happened on that day. And regarding the frozen items being warmed/cooked are all from Sysco and procured enough only for a week. We have to check on that from Sysco to let you know. However sorry for your experience and efforts are made to correct from our side to the extent possible.will see you on your next visit. hardest bed

I would not stay in this hotel again due to the hard bed! It was like sleeping on the floor. Please upgrade your bed and beddings. My daughter was cold, the blanket that was provided was not enough to stay warm. A comforter would have been nice.

Dear Guest, Extremely sorry for your experience. For the comfort of the guests we do carry bed tops and one call to the front desk, will be able to supply the same. The beds are fairly new duels approved by the hospitality industry. We do carry extra blankets too. We have a 24 hours front desk which should be able to meet the demand come what may. We have incidents where we got chairs for the handicapped, when we did not have ada rooms in the middle off the night. We hope you will give us another opportunity to provide you a better experience. Pros: convenient to everything
we were in town for a memorial service hotel was just two blocks from the event we had a great room and staff was very accommodating as we had to change our reservation as I booked a ADA room which we did not need so we upgraded to a mini suite and it was only 20.00 more thanks for the upgrade

It was close to our program facility.

Pros: The staff.
The room was spacious and clean. The staff helped us on more than one occasion. They were very helpful and made our stay more special. We will stay at the motel again. We want to explore the Newberg area soon. Thanks.
