It was in much need of repair.It was dirty, it smelled bad and I refused to stay there. We found accommodations elsewhere. Expedia seriously needs to reevaluate the photos of this hotel on their website. They are very misleading.

this was a riding cross country terrestrial down pour, spur of the moment stop. Room was clean as well as the grounds. Staff was friendly and the breakfast was tempting.

The price was good, breakfast nice and staff excellent; room condition was my issue. Furniture held together using duct tape at the base from damage; tile base board falling off the wall, toilet seat barely held on with one fastener, drain in shower backs up during shower, windows dirty, door lock broken (inside latch) , carpet was dark, given the condition of the rest of the room, who knows how dirty it was. Sorry for the bad review, but too much deferred maintenance!

The room was clean and comfortable, and there were no issues. Our two dogs stayed with us for a relatively modest extra fee. There is only one bathroom sink, so my wife and I obviously had to take turns at the sink. Overall, it was reasonably priced for a Saturday night, and a very pleasant stay.

Broken, dirty, roaches, no hot water
This place was pretty bad. Damaged items in the room such as broken desk chair, damaged chair, missing/broken guard on ac unit. The room was not very clean aand thr hotel also has roaches. On top of that the water temperature would only make it to luke warm for just a couple of moments and then would get colder. The staff was friendly but never seemed to be able to resolve any issues. 3 night stay

Nasty....
The room was gross and obviously not clean it looked like poop smeared on the bathroom floor some kind of dried liquid on the door holes in the bedding and what looked like poop under the rooms chair the toilet paper dispenser was falling out of the wall and edges and outlets had a one inch nasty residue on them. We had our dogs with its bad when u have to tell your dogs not to lick anything cuz they might get something....wouldve asked for something else but from the looks of it the rest wouldve been the same way

The carpet needs to be shampooed. My feet got dirty walking around on the carpet. Bathroom needed ceiling and upper wall repair and painting above the shower head. Housekeeping did a great job with fresh linens and towels and cleaning the room every day. Location is good. Area surrounding the back of the property is not kept well. Not attractive to look at. For the cost per night it is a good place. Would stay there again.

I spent several nights here, for convenience to I26. I couldn't figure out WHY the bottoms of my feet were so filthy dirty after being in my room for awhile. While standing in front of the TV table, I was eating a yogurt and a small blob of yogurt hit the carpet. So, naturally, I dampened a wash cloth and took it several times, over the spot to clean it up. After 5 or 6 swipes over the carpet, the washcloth was nearly black. I then realized WHY the bottom of my feet were continually dirty. So I took a towel, wet some of it, with soap and commenced to scrub both feet again and the towel was gross and dirty from the bottoms of my feet. Kept my flip flops on at all times from that point forward. I took the blackened wash cloth and towel to the office and plopped it down and told the girl that this was just disgusting and that it was nasty and asked how many years had it been since the carpets were shampooed? She had NO words. I asked what they were going to do about this for me because I was most unhappy and disgusted. They DID NOTHING. The toilet paper holder was totally coming out of the wall, and the every time I brushed my teeth or ran the water in the sink, the drain backed up and took forever to drain. The "family" who operates this motel has done NOTHING to make these rooms at least cosmetically acceptable. Yeah, you get what you pay for I guess. At least the sheets were clean, & I inspected the mattresses & bed linens with great intent & i did not find any bedbugs

Comfortable bed. The room smelled really bad unfortunately. I don’t need much when I travel for business, but I hate when a room smells bad and all my clothes end up smelling like the room after your stay.

If you're looking for a cheap place to stay due to a nearby football game or have to stop somewhere, this fits that need. It is a family-run motel and the staff is friendly and helpful. The place is also right off of the highway. However, the complimentary breakfast should be avoided. Everything tastes like it has been left out. If you're on a budget, make the stop but visit the Waffle House next door.

Wasn't worth the hour-long check-in process
They claimed not to have my booking in their system, but they wouldn't lift a finger to help. It took me over an hour to check in, because I had to track down a live hotels.com agent--which is no easy feat, by the way--but she did resolve the problem right away. The room was comfortable and had everything I needed, but whomever renovated it doesn't know how to sand or paint.

The first room they tried to put us in looked like a murder had happened. I have pictures of the bedding. Blood and bodily fluid stains. Took 3 rooms tries to get a clean room.
