Decent hotel

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only complaints I have are that the exhaust fan in the bathroom and the coffee maker didn't work. The pool was closed and the hallway to our room smelled like BO.

Perfect for me + very friendly staff.

Perfect for me. I loved the Hot tub to loosen my muscles after my long drive. The bed was a bit hard but the room was clean + breakfast was perfect ! location was perfect for me. Love the flat screen TV for relaxing. Staff members are extremely friendly. Keep up the good work !

Excellent hotel for great night rest

Pros: The room.
Cons: At this point - NA.
Location: Near the town of Newberry. Not familiar to know what to do. After a long drive, a good night rest was key for us.
Instead of staying at hotel within the city of Columbia, we went far outside for a high quality and high rated hotel for a reasonable price. This hotel was recently renovated and so the room and bath looked brand new. The AC was easy to operate and cooled the room flawlessly. The complimentary breakfast was nice too. Since we had a meeting in Columbia, we were up rather early to eat breakfast, but the traffic was not as heavy as anticipated so we arrived at our appointment early (which is a plus). The staff was very friendly and had our room ready with no hip-cups with the reservation. Also, the staff knew the local area and was able to recommend to us local restaurants. This was a good experience and our choose hotel when we traveling through again.

Great staff, just ok room

Pros: Staff, breakfast
Cons: Clean the AC .... New coat of paint
Location: Remote .. Not much to do here
The front desk staff was extremely friendly. Nice breakfast, comfortable bed. My room left a little to be desired, the air conditioning had a mildew order and rattled so much the second night I took off the front to keep stop the rattling. Light poured in despite the black outs. All in all it was an ok stay. Wifi was stable if a bit slow.

Staff is Wonderful. Every need is met immediately

Staff and communication was great. The martins on the front porch were super cool. The only bad part is the AC seemed to go haywire. I had to set the room at 64 just to get it down to 74. Sometimes the heat would kick on. But overall a great stay.

Staff is doing a great job

Courteous, knowledgable, efficient, I could go on describing the experience I had with the staff at this Holiday Inn. Everyone was doing their job and doing it well. Breakfast was great too. Look forward to coming back.

Just Right Hotel

The pillows could have been better but that was minor. I guess that stood out because everything else was fine. We came from the Newberry town direction so a sign on the main road would have helped.
