Our room was not cleaned properly. There was dog food on the floor and two pair of dirty socks around the bed. The bathroom shower wasn’t clean and there were two dirty towels left under the bathroom sink

The hotel was very clean and for a hotel filled with kids it was pretty calm even at the pool area Breakfast was okay as well . The front end and cleaning crew staff was very pleasant and helpful

I got delayed by a snowstorm on my way from Georgia to Maine. When I called to see if I could move my Expedia reservation by a day because of the storm, the staff woman I spoke with was very rude. I am so unbelievably tired of hearing that "policy' prohibits decent service - no matter whose policy it is! She couldn't be bothered to express any empathy or interest in my situation, and I ended up getting charged for a room I couldn't stay in. Super bad stuff.

The hotel is at the back of an abandoned hotel? Not sure whether the property in front of Hampton Inn is under renovation but there is no sign that it is. With regards to the check in process, it was seamless, the breakfast was also decent. The property is clean, has ample parking and enough area for the dogs to use. Our room was next to the gym that was noisy from the equipment, maybe people were lifting weights, etc with loud music playing, at night when we were trying to sleep. It was quickly resolved which was great. No other issues after that. The room needs a little updating, but the beds/sheets we’re comfortable, will stay there again if I’m in the area.

Marvin at the front desk is fantastic. I arrived after 11pm and their computers were updating and I couldn’t check in. Marvin was apologetic but passed the time making pleasant chitchat. Once I was given a room (410) I was horrified when I used the key and opened the door to other guests sleeping. Back down to lobby Marvin was also horrified, apologetic, and immediately called his supervisor. After 10 mins I was given another room they were “pretty sure” was empty. Thankfully it was. Marvin said his supervisor said I would be compensated for this huge inconvenience, but I wasn’t. Marvin needs a raise. Otherwise, room was decently clean, beds were comfy, and there’s lots of shopping and dining options one can drive to

Great hotel!!
The hotel has easy access to the highway but road noise is not perceptible in the hotel. The buffet breakfast has a wide variety of fresh cooked foods, and all the normal staples; all neat and clean and delicious. The hotel has a heated indoor pool that is very relaxing and a well equipped exercise room. The rooms are spacious, clean and well equipped with a refrigerator and microwave along with all the usual amenities. The staff are outgoing and friendly and are a pleasure to work with.

There was no shampoo in the room & there was an additional $80 for my dog. Expedia should tell you that there will be an additional fee for the dog immediately when you book. Nobody want's to check in & have additional fees.

Absolutely delightful staff. Friendly and helpful without even needing to be asked. Hotel was clean and quite comfortable. My only hesitation is that it's so close to I-84, but I heard none of the screaming traffic until I left my room.

The carpet in the second floor halls looks terrible. When I stepped off the elevator I cringed. Multiple colors and it looks like someone threw bleach down the middle and it smeared outwards. Not in good shape. Really gives a bad impression. I was already leery because of the construction in the front where a new hotel being built blocks the view of the Hampton. If not for the signs saying "We're open" I wouldn't haven even seen the hotel. The man at the front desk was very friendly and helpful, an asset to Hampton. The TV was big. My husband said his mattress was comfy. My mattress was like a bedspread over boards. Both beds made loud creaking wood noises like the beds might fall apart when you lay on them. Breakfast was plentiful. The oatmeal was too watery. Good sized room with a big chair and a wheel table that could be pulled up to the chair. Glad we only had to stay here one night. Recommend Hampton invest some money into this location.

The carpet in the hall looked dirty and the communal soap and lotion dispenser. It could be a health hazard. The scrambled eggs was disgusting, too much liquid in it, and it had no taste. The room was clean but lack space to move around safely.
