The property is very outdated, air ventilation in the pool was not working. Due to lack of staff no housekeeping service available and no towel or bedsheet service available. Breakfast was frozen and guests asked to heat up food in the hotel room. This hotel is extremely overpriced for all the lack of amenities. Not a good alternative to the lego land resort.

We checked into our room later in the evening of the 27th, our room looked semi ready as one of the beds was half made and bathroom didn't seem like it was properly/fully cleaned. It was late so we went down to front desk to request a few extra towels as we only had two full size towels and a few hand towels for a room with four bodies in it. We were told that there were no towels remaining seeing as the previous guest all requested 6-7 towels at a time. We were also told that there would be no housekeeping seeing as we were not staying longer than 5 days, which was bizarre to me because I never heard that before at a hotel. The front desk person didn't even try and offer a resolution, so I had to ask for just even some hand towels just to have something. She provided us with enough were I used three hand towels to completely dry my body that night. The breakfast in the morning was cold and took about an hour after the start of breakfast of it being put out for it to warm in the chaffers. The pool water was super murky and again only a handful of towels were available. Pros- conveniently located to many walkable food locations and great alternative to legoland resort. Just wished the hotel was better prepared for the basic essentials expected like extra towels.

This was by far my worst experience at a hotel. The bathroom door didn’t properly close or lock. The bathroom was not clean. The ceiling’s had multiple stains that looked like mold. We were notified at check in that no housekeeping was going to be available for our stay. Also, only two towels were provided for a double bed room. When we asked for extra towels they notified us they had no more towels, so I was not able to shower. For breakfast the food was still frozen I had to microwave my own food. For the price it was a very disappointing stay. This was by far the worst booking ive made through expedia.

As a 3 Star hotel, this one is beyond my expectations. Clean, friendly staffs, convenient location. The only thing that I was concerned is I am not sure they provide daily house keeping because they didn’t clean my room after my first night stay and I don’t bother to find out.
