Good morning, Thank you for your recent stay. It's important for readers to know that neither hotel employee was rude to the guest. Rather, both were yelled at by her when it was simply explained that checking out at 5:00 p.m. warrants a full night charge at the property. And also, that there is tax applied to the 20.00 pet fee. We're happy to provide a late check out but not until 5:00 p.m.

I recognize that you had a terrible stay as a result of being asked to leave. We do not allow marijuana to be smoked in the hotel - as we are 100% nonsmoking. The fact that you smoked in the room caused the entire fourth floor to reek for days! My only regret is that I didn't ask you to leave sooner.
