Your house keeping lady stole a number of bags from me. One had my medication that will cause me seizures if I don’t get it back. The bag alone cost me 300 dollars Nevermind the items in it. If you don’t refund me and give me my Bags back I will file civil charges

My boyfriend and I went here for the weekend in February and it was a calm and peaceful stay! The bed was comfy and the room was warm and felt updated and clean. I would definitely recommend!

Actually the staff was great but the management needs to have 2 workers at the front desk. The maintenance man left and the front desk lady was fixing tv' for about 45mins to an hr. Other then that it was great.

It was a nice gateway for me and my husband nice and quiet a hour away from NYC we took the coach bus and the food was good but we ordered a lot from door dash other then that we had a good time the scenery was beautiful and we went to the zoo and gift shop the pool was close at this time we would diff visit again if you want a quiet vacation go here it’s worth it

The heating wasn't working properly at the Beaver Cottage. The common area too small. But, the view of lake was nice.

I had a lovely stay at the Lodge at Bear Mtn Inn. The room was a nice size and the beds were very comfy. I ate at the hotel restaurant twice and the food was very tasty, especially the salmon and the desserts. The staff was top-notch, but a few deserve special mention. Gabriel was very helpful throughout my stay, he even helped with booking as I had some special requests. Sherri at the restaurant is an excellent server, but I was so impressed by how patiently she dealt with some very rude diners. Ariana in reception at the lodge was super friendly, and also helped me out with a special request for the room after housekeeping had gone home for the day. Malcolm and Erin, at the Inn, always greeted with a smile and very helpful.

Upon driving up to the lodge after check in, I noticed a size able water damaged area on the ceiling in the hallway. The smell was horrible. Lucky it was 40 yards from my room. I called and spoke with the front desk who advised they would send someone up. Doesn’t look like anyone came up to see my concern.

Nice location and place room was dirty
Our room had an amazing view we stayed at the lodge. But there was dog hair on the carpet and the slip cover that the box spring was covered in dog pee. Was New Year’s Eve so couldn’t get another room. Tried to tell the front desk at check out but they could care less. Nice location and nice place with great grounds but room was very dirty.

Bugs and bad customer service
There were at least a dozen of those invasive Asian lady beetles in my room which leave a stinky mess behind, so I caught about ten of them and put them outside but there were always more. I called the front desk in the morning letting them know the situation but received no follow up from management. As a frequent traveler I’ve never experienced anything like this before.

Our employees did their best to try and reach out to everyone to let them know what was going on but it was hard to do with no power and working off of cell phones and lap tops with limited internet access.
