Hotel was dirty and falling apart. There was gum on the carpet by the bed in our room as well as bugs. It had an attached restaurant but it was set up mostly like a banquet hall with tons of seating by the stage and nothing else.

The hotel is clearly being used as a sanctuary hotel and /or government housing. By the front door there were 15 to 20 men lingering around with no purpose to be there other than looking for trouble. The front desk is fully enclosed in bullet proof glass, not a safety shield for covid, full bullet proof glass, as is the snack area. The room was extremely overpriced (for those of us that have to actually pay out way to be in this country). With Security guard sitting in a chair at each end of the hall way you don it get the feeling this is a comfortable place to stay. The room rad dirty and very run down. The non smoking room smelled so much like smoke we almost Couldn’t stay in there. The smoke detectors had plastic taped over them I’m sure in violation of multiple building and fire codes neither of which have seemed to be insoected there in quite a while. If they were the place would be shut down immediately. I’d not for the fact it was late and we had no other place to go I would not have stayed there with my son. The next morning when I mentioned the conditions to the manager he pretended like he didn’t understand me or could not here me behind the protection of his bunker proof glass. As a life long New York resident this is just another example of how the destruction of the city by current policy’s and administration has migrated north businesses and communities. This place has no business being listed on travel sites for public use

Men's shelter Hotel
The hotel was dirty. Disgusting and flitty. I will call and send pics if needed In addition, the hotel was being used as a Men's shelter for homeless and/or migrants. Neither hotel.com or Ramada informed me of this. Extremely unacceptable and I expect a full refund of my hotel dollars used.

NEVER AGAIN!
First, they put us in a “Non-Smoking” room that STUNK like cigarettes. They gave us a new room. The room was small, no outlets, bathroom was filthy and falling apart. The towels are HARD and there are no real supplies (soap, etc.) The walls are paper thin. We could hear the people next door blowing his nose! DO NOT STAY HERE!

RUN FROM THIS PLACE!

Photos of this property on Expedia show a brightly lit lobby with a reception desk open to all as you walk in, however, your first disappointment will be the glass enclosure that shuts off the reception desk. I presume the glass is bullet-proof. Your disappointment will grow as you look about the lobby at the security guards and the number of people loitering there. In fact, there are security guards at the end of each hallway, day and night, and with good reason. As we were turning in for the night we heard a shouting match between st least three ir four people. About 3:30an we were awakened by noises in the hallway and someone shouting “Shut it down.” It is impossible to hear the clerks behind the glass partition. Though they wear microphones, the microphones don’t work. Checking in, we by-passed one young clerk too engaged with his phone to bother. The second attendant ignored us as well, and finally the first came to life No one here caress. Though we booked for two nights, we left after the first and are hoping to recoup our losses either from Ramada (false advertising) or our credit card company

When you first arrive you will notice the front desk behind a glass barrier. Felt unsafe, rooms were dirty and other guests complained of bed bugs and roaches. When I arrived at my room, it was not cleaned and they refused to refund me so I could find another place to stay. Please avoid this hotel.

It’s a sanctuary hotel and should not be used as an everyday hotel. Group of people were sitting outside on the curb eyeing customers as they went in, hotel check-in counter with glass petitions up to the ceiling, two people sitting in the lobby running a confidential check-in program, all in all not a safe environment and the rooms were dirty with multiple water stains on the ceiling. Frankly, we were there about 45 minutes and decided we had to leave. I’d like a full refund and will say if you keep advertising this hotel at some point you’ll have a major problem to resolve.

Plexiglass at front desk, small slide area to complete transaction—NOT Covid related, 2 Security Guards in the lobby. Old and dirty overall. Not sure in rooms are being used as short term apartments but halls filled with families and children-unsupervised both Adults and children. Never again.

Disgusting. Needed to ask for a new room because of smoking smell and musty order. The new room was no better. Do not stay here. Hotel is being used to shelter migrants and the high traffic of people coming and going causes one to be alarmed and alert at all times.

the rooms are renovated, decent however the smell of controlled substance is evident in the hallways. We had few cockroaches show up at the bathroom and around the bed. I would recommend for the owners to invest in deep cleaning of the carpets, infestation expert.

Noisy at night. Desk chair was broke and asked for a new one and never do it replace. Forgot to check out in person but did call in to check out. Asked for copy of my bill 4 nights and was told I had to call Hotel.com to get it. Asked if it could be emailed and was told no. Hard to understand the front desk clerk. Lobby was also noisy during check in.

The hotel was dirty the bathroom in our room was disgusting the tub was filthy and the sides of the tub were stained and rusty there was hair in the tub and the toilet did not flush properly and then overflowed there were police stationed at the front doors There were shabby people hanging by front doors Not happy with this facility and you should not have this hell whole on your list Waste of 190 dollars

Awful service. Place is being used as a migrant shelter had many safety concerns brought to management still charged me and I did not stay for safety reasons. Armed guards in the lobby no thank you

Don’t go by pictures of this hotel, I was so disappointed when I actually got there, half of this hotel is packed with Refugees / Migrants, security guards all around the hotel, hallway smelled like vomit and once I got in to the room I was so disappointed the room was so outdated and dirty. I would not recommend this place especially if you’re with a family.

It was an extended stay hotel with social workers, security guards and long term residents loitering in the lobby and around the property. No where in Expedia's hotel description did it mention that this is welfare housing. We would not recommend this hotel to anyone nor would we stay there again.

Horrible Experience
This hotel seems to be housing low income or migrants with many security and bulletproof glass around check in area. Room was dirty and furniture was broken and dated. Arguing and loud guests along with the smell of Marijuana made for an unpleasant stay! Would never recommend this hotel!

Warning Bad Hotel
Only thing this place has is location. Otherwise it's antiquited and needs a major update.And are 3 security persons required sure doesn't make a person feel secure. No elevator and lots of stairs. No breakfast option offered. Noise from people in parking lot till 1:30am so you cannot get to sleep. Do not stay here!

This hotel needs lots of work! Broken curtains, faulty plumbing, no outlets, burn holes in bedspread, and lots more. I will not be returning.

I have never seen a building with so many stairs and no elevators or escalators you got to climb up to the third floor and walk down small sets of stairs to get to your room and a fire it would be very unsafe if you have any kind of handicap definitely avoid this property I must say the gentleman who checked me out on Saturday was helpful and very kind

The toilet never stopped running. I had to turn the water off. The tub did not drain. No elevator and what appeared to be bulletproof glass at registration. There was a guard at every entrance and there seemed to be people hanging around the parking area. I’m VERY unhappy with Ramada
