“Great spot right in the beach with excellent ocean views, immediate beach access, and very easy walking distance to restaurants in the town. Very convenient bedroom and bathroom layout for multiple families. Parking availability was good, but the parking space itself is extremely tight (as noted by host) ... passengers absolutely must leave the vehicle before the driver parks and the driver must be very careful getting out of the vehicle depending on vehicles parked adjacent for other units.”

I contacted her the night of an hour and a half after check it only to learn that the unit was not ready and had to be put off For the first night the host offered a Venmo transaction reimbursement and that was about all. I asked for a late check out. The host asked me to leave a half an hour earlier than listed on the website if you were looking for hospitality...

“We had a wonderful stay! The studio was clean, cozy, and located in a beautiful historic house. It was also conveniently close to downtown, which made it easy to explore the area. The check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. Communication with the host was excellent—they responded quickly and were very helpful whenever we had a question. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place!”
