I love they supplied a microwave crockery and cutlery The front desk girl is so lovely and so were the room staff Lovely clean older hotel with old fashion service Definitely would stay again

The staff are friendly, there is a bit of traffic noise but at night noise from other guests was more of an issue. That being said, it was a comfortable, clean room and perfectly OK for a night or two. I liked the fact that I could walk from the Waratah local train station in 15-20 to the motel. Undercover parking is a bonus too.

nice place friendly receptionist very helpful .we stayed 6 nights and everyday was refreshed our room . And the room was newly renovated very clean and nice . clean bathroom. Onsight parking was next to the room. cheap for the price with the facilities. thanks

Although located on a busy road, our room was very quiet and the area locked to the outside, so very secure. Super clean. Comfy beds. Perfect for an affordable overnight stay.

Staff were lovely, good value for a motel. Nice to have a 2 seater lounge when staying a few days. Some traffic noise which did not worry us.

Good Motel at Citigate
Great motel. Only problem was traffic noise but isn't that standard for most motels. Plenty of space and very clean. Wanted breakfast as advertised but not on apparently. Will use this facility again I'm Sure.

It is well maintained and cleanliness is excellent. Suitable for family with a spacious room. It is also equipped with bowls and plates, utensils and a microwave. Appears to be better than other motel we have been to. Easy and quick check in and out.

The Citigate Motel was perfect for the couple of nights' stay we had for our family of 4. The room was clean with plenty of bedding, towels and crockery/cutlery. From an environmental point of view, it would be great if they chose not to have the small shampoos, soaps, etc.
