Nice Hotel in Newcastle

Very well located hotel in Newcastle. Room was really spacious and comfortable. Although the toilet was slightly cold as the heating wasn't really effective, I'd recommend for everyone.

Nice hotel shame about the experience

Lovely hotel but unfortunately during our stay on a Saturday night got woken up by 2 other male guests banging and shouting loudly on our door at 1am. Being woken up like this is very scary and made it very hard to get back to sleep. For this reason I would not stay again.

Lovely Hotel and Staff

Pros: Everything.
Cons: Nothing.
Location: It's Newcastle!
We loved the location of the hotel, close to the Metro, but also close enough to walk to the City Centre. The staff were lovely, helpful and attentive, the breakfast excellent and the room, clean, homely feeling and inviting.

Nice hotel with really good facilities

We have stayed here on a few occasions now.Ten minute walk or short taxi drive to the city centre or the bars and restaurants of Jesmond.

Nice hotel too close to busy road though

The hotel is nice, clean and staff are very polite and helpful. The room was excellent and very clean and tidy. The only issue was the busy dual carriageway right outside the hotel. It was difficult to get into the parking across the carriageway. Leaving the parking bay via a tight narrow lane is a challenge. Breakfast was excellent.

Quieter location, easy access to City centre.

We were visiting Newcastle to go to watch a match at St. Jane's Park. The hotel is a 2 minute walk from Jesmond metro station and just 2 stops to Monument, which was perfect for our needs. The hotel was pleasant enough, my only slight complaint is that the cooked breakfast was very greasy. Eggs floating in fat, hash browns soggy with fat, so wouldn't bother paying for breakfast, as there are plenty of better places in the City. Free covered car park was handy though.

Convenient position outside town handy for Metro

Stayed in this hotel several times as it is convenient for Jesmond (bars/restaurants) and also close to Jesmond Metro station. The hotel room is quite comfortable although not luxury it has a good shower and general amenities, tv, iron, kettle etc although lacks shelving for storage it does have a wardrobe. Reception is efficient but impersonal. The hotel also has a restaurant and bar although on this occasion we did not use
