Hotel with a view

On entering the hotel we were greeted with the first of several beautiful Christmas displays. The reception staff were very professional and friendly.
Our superior sea view room, number 114, was spacious with seating area. There was plentry of storage. tea/coffee making facilities and a hairdryer. the minuses was the bed was only a double and the mattress hard and uncomfortable. The room was very warm despite turning off the heating and keeping the windows open all night. If the bed had a top sheet and a blanket stored in the room this would have helped immensely.
The bathroom was also spacious with seperate bath and shower. There was plenty of toiletries and the towels large and fluffy.
The buffet breakfast was on till 11am and had a large variety, both hot and cold. The cold meats were extremely tasty. Tea/coffee was served to your table. The breakfast staff were very present and helpful.
We didn't use the spa facilities sadly.
The bar server just needs to learn how to make a proper French martini with the correct ingredients to have made my stay perfect.
