It was an excellent stay although it's far from where we wanted to go, Niagara Falls. 45 minute drive, but that's not a negative on the motel. There is no breakfast, just sugar cereal and pastries. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Safe location, no worries there, and one more thing that I think is VERY important...the beds were wonderful! Very comfortable sleep.

Thank you for your feedback and taking the time to write a review. The breakfast also includes heat yourself breakfast sandwiches, yogurt, fruit, juice, coffee, tea and milk. These items can be found in the clear glass refrigerator located on the same counter with the cereal and pastry items. Thank you for staying with us.

Marked down 1 star just based on condition. The place could use a remodel, but otherwise, everything worked fine and the beds were decently comfy. Clean, quiet, easy check in and out. All we needed for our one night stay.

Good stopover
Off the beaten path, non chain, quiet inn. Barn converted to a few rooms, quaint, clean, sufficient, safe. I left very early and did not partake in the continental breakfast offerings of cereal and packaged items in the refrigerator. No complaints for this stopover. I suppose a designer could swoop in and do a surface makeover, however I wanted a clean and safe night’s stay for a good rate.

Nothing fancy but wasn't expecting the Ritz. Very clean, staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Perfect place for those going on a fishing charter. Very nice self serve breakfast. Would definitely book again.

This hotel is clean & quiet. The prices are reasonable. You can walk across the street and have food. Everyone was friendly!!!

Overall it’s a great motel. The beds were a little lumpy and the water pressure in the shower is very low but I would stay again. It’s very clean and quiet and the staff is very friendly.

Much more affordable than Buffalo/Niagara Falls
We stayed here because we went to a event at Fort Niagara. Considering the price of places in and around Niagara Falls/Buffalo area it was a great deal and the fact there are hardly any places to stay in Youngstown. There was a nice continental breakfast. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. My only issues were I could hear the guest above us until late into the night walking around or something and it kept me awake. The shower itself was great but the water pressure could be better. I would stay there again .

The owners are super nice and very accommodating, the property was clean and well maintained and the room was clean. The king bed in room 9 was very soft and needed replacement and the room itself was quite small. Property was in a great location in a clean quiet neighborhood. Overall great experance. If not for wornout bed would be a 5 out of 5. -1 point for wornout mattress.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. The mattresses in the entire building are new as of July 2018. That mattress in room 9 has a pillow top and is personal preference whether you prefer a soft or firm mattress. The double beds are firmer if you ever plan another visit in the future.
