“El trato de los empleados es terrible ”

“The TV didn't work and the in-room phone did not work...which was awful when we needed to call because the people who stayed in the room above us were so loud all night and we couldn't sleep! They should have offered ear plugs with the room! Also, no one answered when we knocked and rang the office door at 4am when we needed help with the loud people above us. We were exhausted the next morning and the staff was no help :( What a waste of money and time.”

“This was a unique experience for me. It was like having a nice room in a log cabin. It was very quiet and peaceful right off the winding country road sitting in front of a forest with a beautiful outlook from the dining area. There was good self serve beverage options available when I arrived in the late evening and breakfast the next morning had enough quality items for a gluten free person like myself. No bread or baked goods for me but nice yogurt, fresh fruit and coffee. The owner Nick...

“Adorable, beautiful surroundings”

“We arrived late in the afternoon and were given the keys to our hotel room. When we got to the room it smelled like smoke. We opened the window to try and get the smell out. When my wife went into the bathroom there was still a used towel hanging. At that point we decided to leave. The staff was very understanding and helpful with this request and we did get a complete refund.”

“Good value for a one- or two-night stay. Clean, good bedding and towels, well-located and a friendly staff. Two points to be aware of, though. One, the inn is an old building and it is very easy to hear conversations or other noise from other rooms. Two, the inn uses a virtual check-in system so make sure you know how to get the code to your room before you arrive. For me, the positives outweighed the negatives and I would stay there again.”

“Viejo. Usado. Habitación pequeña, no agradable, baño muy pequeño. Almohadas y colchones usados. Muy de bajo para lo que costó. ”

“The view of mountains id stunning, as is the aroma of fresh air and the enchanting songbirds. We had a great time in the small but adequate swimming pool. It is easy to miss the turn onto Laurence Lane, so it would be good if a sign were to be installed there.”

“We returned to this place on a quick 2-day/last minute get away. Owner is new from last time. Nice people; helpful and made a very good breakfast. Only issue we really had was the plumbing. Our room had some kind of venting issue with the sink/toilet/shower. Toilet bubbled and would go down at times; sink would go slow/stop at times; shower also stopped up and went down very slow. Told the owner about it and hopefully they can get it fixed. But overall, pleasant stay.”
