Between Monday & Thursday each week, If you don't require all six bedrooms, you can still make use of this great space. Whether you need one room or multiple rooms, the pricing options provided below can accommodate your needs. Just let us know the number of rooms you need, and we will be happy to assist you with the booking process.

One bedroom/one bathroom, plus remainder of the house : $265 per night (all other bedrooms and bathrooms will be locked).
This price includes access to the remainder of the house and has two large sofas in the living room for sleeping.
Maximum occupancy for this room is four people.

Additional rooms:
Each additional room can be rented for $65 per night.
Maximum occupancy for each additional room is two people.

There are three levels to this home!

First floor has a queen bed with private bath.

Second floor has the common area living room, kitchen, deck/grill , bedroom with a queen bed, and full bathroom with a shower.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee maker, paper towels, pots/pans/plates/knives/silverware.

The third floor has 4 bedrooms - 3 king size beds, one queen and two full baths.

There is a washing machine and dryer on both the second and third floor.

We provide plenty of fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and toilet paper.
