1st they check us in a room with no phone, when I ask why there's no phone in the room. The front desk told me, can you please use your cell phone to call us, we're just having issues with the phone in that room. I'm still okay with that but when the kids have to eat, they're sitting in bed, I realized we have no table or chair. So I called them at least 10 x nobody picks up. So I went down to front desk and I was told there phone doesn't ring when they're in another line.
I ask about the table and chair. Front desk reply is, I'm sorry but you have the room that suppose to be blocked. They move us to another room.
The water in the pool is not clear, not heated and they test and apply chlorine when people is still in there.
