Loved our stay

We had a great stay at Hilton Homewood Suites, RI. The check in and check out process was pain free and they have great personalities working in the front desk. Our room was very clean and large. The housekeeping was great as well. Free breakfast was a HUGE plus, and it included waffles, muffins, bagels, eggs, home fries, sausage etc. They were constantly restocking the food as it ran low. They have a great business center, and we were able to print a document free of charge. Computer is available for use as well. Only con is that the pool was small and the water was really cold, however the area was clean and had ample towels. All in all our stay was spectacular. I would stay here again and highly recommend this place.

Pros: The room.
Cons: Continental breakfast
Love the room and the hotel was nice, clean, and very quiet. The staff and the continental breakfast was alright.

Great hotel outside of Newport

Pros: Cleanliness, customer service, amenities
Cons: We were located by the elevator so our family members who slept on the couch could hear the elevator all night/morning.
Location: short drive to downtown Newport and short drive to Easton's beach, applebees across the street, casino up the road
We were looking for a hotel that was a short drive from Newport and this hotel was perfect for our stay. The staff were extremely friendly and the room was very nice. This hotel is in a nice area with lots of local restaurants and even a casino. The continental breakfast was very good. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Adult reunion in Newport

Great hotel. Very clean. My knife in room was very dull... Couldn't cut my line... Lol Love the happy hour at 5. Will definitely stay here again

A good choice in Newport

Pros: Cheery reception staff and big rooms.
Cons: The fact that breakfast is "free" is not the guests fault!
Location: Busy road surrounded by a mix of commercial - shops, some restaurants etc but Newport, Jamestown etc very close by. Go on a Newport Harbor boat trip.
We stayed here for four nights (part business and part leisure) not realising that it was the weekend of the Newport Folk Festival (which did explain why every hotel in Newport was full booked and cost a fortune!) We were very pleased with our choice. Only 15 mins into Newport. Huge room with kitchen facilities (not that we used them) and nice staff. The "free" breakfast was an added bonus - even if the breakfast staff were a bit grumpy! Parking the first night was a nightmare but fine after that.

Room was comfortable and staff friendly. AC unit was loud and poor quality. Breakfast plentiful but mediocre.
