Hotel close to the wharf and the historic mansions

With the exception of one server, staff were unfriendly and not helpful. The room had a bathroom, with no sink. The sink was in the closet across the hall, which was inconvient to say the least. It was also in dire need of a remodel and not what I expected for the level of this hotel. The coverlet on the beds was riddled with stains and iron burn marks. Why would you lay these on the beds? My main complaint is with the hotel restaurant. While eating dinner, I looked down to see a small mouse who runs into the floorboards. I called over a server and calmly explained what I saw; I didn't want to make a scene for the otter diners. The manager never came out to speak to me, nor did they compensate our meal. The server simply came back, after confirming where the mouse went to was the kitchen, and informed us they would put out traps. I cannot believe our treatment at a supposedly "nicer" hotel. Needless to say, I did not enjoy the hotel as I kept looking around for other rodents.
