"Rooms are small but very homey and comfortable. It’s an Inn with a B&B vibe. Breakfast is included and there is a fantastic array of choices…way better than the typical chain-hotel offerings. It’s in the heart of downtown Newport, so there are plenty of restaurants, bars and shops within easy walking distance. My only con is that these are very old, wooden structures so outside noise finds it’s way in. The office is not staffed around the clock so be sure to call ahead of you are arriving late. I called and the staff assured me that even if they were closed I would still be able to access my room without compromising security. Will definitely return in the future!"
