Check in was easy. Everything was clean. Staff was nice. Only complaint was the wifi was not working, but it didn’t ruin anything. Still a great place to stay!

Nice property in a great location. Our stay was spolied by no heat on ground floor of the duplex, sliding door to patio was broken and worst thing was finding a stained, used, bathrobe in the wardrobe. Attention to detail is needed in this property.

Great location in Newport. Parking is very tight but it's a huge bonus that parking is available for no additional cost. So much to do and see within walking distance. Was quiet. Enjoyed the continental breakfast delivered to the room each morning and the complementary infused water and sangria in the evenings.

My husband and I absolutely loved our stay at the Mill St Inn. We went for his 49th birthday celebration. The Inn exceeded our expectations. It was super clean, the rooms were so spacious, and beautifully appointed. The bed and pillows were super comfortable so we slept great. We had a delicious free breakfast daily that was delivered to our door which again exceeded our expectations. We never once had to spend money for breakfast and the cold brew coffee was delicious as well! We would definitely stay here again!

I had a wonderful stay at the Mill Street Inn. I’ve stayed in Newport many times, and this was my favorite place to stay. The room was nicely appointed. The complimentary breakfast was far better quality than usual hotel breakfasts. My only (very small) complaint is that I wish they provided the the smart tv remote to go with the tv. I will absolutely stay here the next time I am in Newport!

Thi Inn was perfect. Located near food and shopping and not far from the water. The rooms are wonderfully set up. Plenty of space to come back from a long day out and relax in the sitting area. The light breakfast in the morning is just enough to hold you over till lunch. The front desk staff were super friendly and very helpful. Parking is tricky but we never had to move our car because we walked everywhere. Will definitely return.

The staff were extremely friendly as soon as i walked in the door. The welcome bag and continental breakfast delivered to your door were a really nice touch, a little something that you really remember. We got comp upgraded to a townhouse room and it was incredibly clean room. Wonderfully amazing to be able to roll out of bed and have your coffee on the balcony looking over the harbor. Stayed the MLK weekend it has got to be the ultimate stay in the summertime in newport.

Carpet a little warn but otherwise nice room. Excellent central location. Church bells heard on the hour were charming but could wake a light sleeper.

We didn’t stay at Mill Street, they had construction so they changed us to their other property The Brenton. All staff was fabulous, parking was easy, decor was beautiful and beds were comfortable. Need to give another shout out to great staff!!

The property was in a great location. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was a good size. We were welcomed with a bag of delicious goodies.
