We have stayed here many times over the years. WE like the location, the size of the rooms and the staff is great. The breakfast features fresh fruit, coffee, juice cereal, breakfast sandwiches and sweet breads. If you like the charm of an old Inn and don't want to break the bank, this is the place. We do not have kitchen facilities to cook anything fresh. We are affiliated with our restaurant Tickets, about a 1mile & 1/2 from hotel . Glad to hear you enjoyed your stay with us in spite of this.

Good location a few minutes drive from Newport center. Fantastic staff on site, room very clean and great size. Free parking on property with option of electric chargers (4). Really nice, will come back for sure.

This is a very nice little place. It could use some updating and a few upgrades. Breakfast is definitely light but they had a vegan option which I thought was very thoughtful! (Continental breakfast can be tough for the plant-based…) And the staff is so great! They were really friendly, efficient and helpful. Easy to get in and out of Newport and to the cliff walk by car.

B&B perfect for girls trip
Check in was a breeze and the woman at the counter was extremely nice! Came here with 3 friends so 4 of us total and our room with 2 king beds was perfect! Even had a cute sitting area with a fireplace and couch so plenty of room for our suitcases. Bathroom was basic for how cute the rest of the room was with nice furniture and decor. Minimal breakfast in the morning, I was pleasantly surprised with the choices.

Seriously disappointing
We booked this hotel based on the reviews which are misleading at best. Chose a room with a King bed as it was rated Superb - which it definitely was not! The first room we were offered (22) had the paint peeling off the windows, dirty net curtains and useless lighting in the bathroom. Alex on the front desk was very helpful and offered us an alternative room. The bed had only one side table. This meant there was no table on other side and no light to read by, or place for book/water. The noise from the adjacent room bathroom fan and the footsteps from the room above coupled with slamming doors made a good night’s sleep virtually impossible. The bathroom door surround was so rusty the door jammed when closed. The continental breakfast had literally no healthy options other than bananas and yogurts.
