Rude owner and dirty room

Posted Nov 10, 2015
The owner was very rude and consistently kept Interrupting anything I was trying to say. I was told I could have an early check in by Bonnie, who was the only decent person there, but upon arrival I was told I could not.The manager was extremely rude and said that Bonnie was new and didn't know what she was talking about so I asked him why he doesn't properly train his employees to which he had no response. When I finally got into my room, the sheets were dirty, dust covered everything, and crumbs of some sort were all over the floor. I worked in a hotel for 3 years and this place has no business being open. Absolutely disgusting

One word: terrible and there's nothing else to say except they have a Steak 'n Shake next door which is amazing besides that I wouldn't want anyone of my family members to stay there. The lady in the lobby was smoking a cigarette outside and made us wait until she was finished to attend us. It was some random guy that then randomly disappeared and I found it a little weird...they don't even provide shower towels they're all very small. They don't have bed sheets on the bed or anything at all they literally put drapes on top. I'm done talking about this hotel it's too much the only thing good is the price. And I'm just writing more because of the character amount they want.

Terrible, terrible hotel

Posted Oct 5, 2015
We stayed here to add an extra day to our Williamsburg vacation and most of the reasonably prices rooms sold out closer to the atttractions. There was a lot of illegal activity going on at the hotel. We even saw some guests (or tenants) barbecuing in the parking lot and selling who knows what out of their trunk. We had two small children with us and almost left in the middle of the night because of the noise. We ended up staying inside and leaving the first thing in the morning because it would have been too dangerous to leave at night. Terrible stay.

cheap stay

Posted Sep 19, 2015
Pros: The bathroom area looked newly renovated.
Cons: Please do a better job of cleaning the rooms.
Location: The location was very handy. Right across the street was a Crackle Barrel.
We needed a place for a cheap stay in Hampton for one night. We pulled in and there were people everywhere. Grilling, throwing footballs around, wondering around past rooms. The room was dirty like it hadn't been vacuumed in a while. There were a few dead bugs around, too. But, the bed was comfy and the bathroom area looked like it had been redone recently. The bathroom and shower were nice.

terrible accommodations

Posted Aug 24, 2015
Pros: nothing
Cons: everything
This hotel was referred to as a 3 star hotel... this was barely a 1 star experience. The hotel was close to a shopping area and that was the only thing good about it. I booked a king bed, no smoking room. The room I got was a 2 double smoking room. The staff said there was no availability to switch and since I booked it through Expedia, they couldn't guarantee any certain room. There were cigarette burns on the blankets, the A/C did not work, it looked as if the maid service did not clean up after the last occupant, except to make the bed. The service was horrible, not even a "thank you for staying here" in the morning... instead we got a "just leave your keys on the table, I'm busy right now".

Nice hotel, close to eating places and grocery stores. Convient to I-64 for traveling different places. Staff was pretty friendly, housekeeping kept shorting us one towel several times. Other than that hotel was nice.

Don't believe the Pics

Posted Aug 22, 2015 on Hotels
It was the worst I have ever experienced. Don't believe the picture they are a lie. Service wouldn't even at first clean the room and when they did we got no towels we had to ask and the front desk acted like we were imposing.
