Given the other reviews about this hotel, I was honestly surprised when I arrived. My drive was 15 hours so it was nearly 3 am by the time I arrived. There was a young couple trying to check in without a reservation and the computer was supposedly not working. She told me she would be with me in a minute and went back to the other guest. Nearly 15-20 minutes later (I'm asleep in the chair practically) she tells me she will check me in and then go back to them after. It takes her all of one minute to do so and didn't seem to require a computer so no idea why she couldn't have just done this initially while she waited on the computer to load for the other couple? The room was an unpleasant surprise given I really just wanted to sleep. It smelled awful (really horrible- I can't even describe it) in my room, felt dirty (gunk on walls, stickiness, etc). I spent nearly 30 minutes looking for bed bugs just to be safe!! Luckily I didn't find any but it was actually hard to fall asleep after that impression and I maybe got two hours before having to wake back up for my meeting. Towels were rough and smelled off, water made me itchy, and after two days I had an awful rash from I think the bed. It felt almost like a very mild chemical burn from where my body touched the sheets; it disappeared within 24 hours of leaving the hotel!! I wont ever stay there again, not sure how it was possibly worth the money I paid?
