Everything you need in one room.

Pros: Very comfortable bed. Nice sheets and towels. Very efficient room layout (kitchen, desk, recliner. etc.
Cons: I had no complaints. No pool which does not bother me. I have nothing else to say.

I reserved a Queen bdrm Suite and they put me in a studio. when I requested to get what I originally asked for they said I have to pay $52 extra. I checked in late so I requested to extend my check out time to 3pm the day I checked in. on the day of check out front desk called me to tell me I have to check out at 12nn so I have to rush back to hotel pack my stuff or else she said they will charge me another night. That is not how you treat long time guests. I have been checking in this hotel everytime I visit Hampton. This is the worst trip I had.

We apologize for being unable to honor a 3pm check-out time for our hotel. We are unable able to offer a 3pm late check-out because our check-in time is 3pm, and we need to give our housekeepers ample time to get into the rooms to prep them for our incoming guests. The latest check-out time we offer at our property is 2pm, which is based upon availability and not guaranteed. Our hotel constantly strives to provide an environment of comfort and value to our guests, therefore, we are sincerely concerned when we fall short of your expectations. We have taken note of your valuable feedback and will use these to monitor and improve the quality of services we offer to our valued guests. Given the other reviews about this hotel, I was honestly surprised when I arrived. My drive was 15 hours so it was nearly 3 am by the time I arrived. There was a young couple trying to check in without a reservation and the computer was supposedly not working. She told me she would be with me in a minute and went back to the other guest. Nearly 15-20 minutes later (I'm asleep in the chair practically) she tells me she will check me in and then go back to them after. It takes her all of one minute to do so and didn't seem to require a computer so no idea why she couldn't have just done this initially while she waited on the computer to load for the other couple? The room was an unpleasant surprise given I really just wanted to sleep. It smelled awful (really horrible- I can't even describe it) in my room, felt dirty (gunk on walls, stickiness, etc). I spent nearly 30 minutes looking for bed bugs just to be safe!! Luckily I didn't find any but it was actually hard to fall asleep after that impression and I maybe got two hours before having to wake back up for my meeting. Towels were rough and smelled off, water made me itchy, and after two days I had an awful rash from I think the bed. It felt almost like a very mild chemical burn from where my body touched the sheets; it disappeared within 24 hours of leaving the hotel!! I wont ever stay there again, not sure how it was possibly worth the money I paid?
