After reading reviews I was unsure but turned out good. Room was small but adequate, bathroom was clean, aIr-conditioner worked great.

We reserved a two double beds but it seemed to close for a family of four. The front desk clerk allowed us to upgrade to a suite which was plenty of room. One issue is the breakfast time...it ends promptly at 9am. We as well as other guest felt like it should have been longer oe ended at a later time. However the breakfast was good.

The entrance was dark and dirty, hallway carpet was dirty and stained and smelt like a mixture of mildew, mold and cigarett smoke. Elevators were dirty, tiles were broken

Pros: Nothing. The breakfast was horrible.
Cons: Remodel the hotel. Fresher breakfast.
The hotel is very run down and raggedy. The bathrooms and the room in general were not up to par. We even saw a roach in our room. The entire hotel needs major repairs. The pool is also very old and smells like cigarettes.

Overall, just ok. Needed an affordable overnight accommodation. Not always sure what you're going to get, although clean, safe, and good, quality customer service is strongly desired. Cleanliness was average, and could certainly have been better. Safety; hotel was in a commercial area and seemed safe. The quality of customer service; needs attention. The young woman that I checked in with sure could have been a little more interactive and engaged in the transaction, although a concern that I reported (one of the 3 washcloths in bathroom was marked with some sort of sauce or other colored liquid; bed sheets had stains at the foot of the bed and although they seemed to have been cleaned, should not have been used unless the stains were gone) was remedied by a room change. Hotel had visible repair/renovation needs. Elevator had missing/damaged trim; room had similar visible neglect, and bathtub fixtures that needed replaced (but they worked at least).

This hotel is dated and need of repairs. I would give it an overall rating of average to low. There are water marks on the bedroom wall from leaks, and the bathtub faucet leaked continually. Probably will not return to this location.

Problem with lady in guest services. She was very unprofessional. Not sure if linen on bed was changed from previous guest.
