Great Hotel Near Training Center

Arrived at 7:30 on. Staff was diligent, expecting my arrival, courteous and efficient. Very comfortable room and amenities. Very nice breakfast. Easy and convenient parking. Would definitely stay again!!

I went to Walmart and bought some room deodorant. Hot water was most times not quickly available. Breakfast, well . . . . .

Nice hotel. The location is nothing special. A little hard to get in and out of and not as close to the nicer restaurants. Close to the highway , so good for a rest stop on a long drive. Didn't use the pool or fitness room , so I can't rate it on those . Breakfast was good.

Pros: Breakfast was amazing. Staff was friendly. Cleanliness and this lady name Angel
Cons: heat in pools, heat in rooms, floors squeak.
Location: great seafood deli nearby.
At check in time i was told of new management rules. But the front desk attendant named Angel was so helpful. She was understanding and very accommodating. Breakfast was beautiful. Every staff member down to Housekeeping was polite and friendly. Now the only problems I do have with this hotel is heat and air didn't work, talked to housekeeping and she was nice but not effective. Pool was cold and the hot tube was taped off with crime scene tape. asked the desk to turn up the heat and was kindly passed on to the next person and the next. So we didn't use the pool for the three days. Also one more thing you can hear ppl upstairs and outside your door walking and talking. weak fllors and walls.

Pros: Location and price
Cons: The doors to the entrance of the hotel! Also the beds are way to firm.
Location: It is close proximity to city center, the mall and a lot of other things to do.
The hotel is in a nice location. The room is good for the price. The facility was clean and easily accessible. The continental breakfast was above average for a hotel of this caliber. I did have a problem the first evening we were there. The doors to the entrance of the hotel are the worst I have ever seen. The doors are suppose to automatically open, that does not always happen. I I pushed the door to open it. At which point I it was knocked off track. At this point I received a lecture from the lady working at the front desk. She very strongly asked me why people keep trying to open the door manually. As I pointed out to her......There is NO signage telling you that it is an automatic door....Also it does not always open automatically. As a side note these doors stayed off track for most of our 5 day stay. I saw at least a Half dozen people do the same thing I did. So again, Simple recommendation.....PUT A DANG SIGN ON THE DOOR! The beds are very hard.... aside from that, the room was a bargain for the money. Besides my one run in with lady at the front desk, The rest of the staff were very friendly and helpful. If you are looking for a nice place to stay on a budget, this is a good place.

Horrible

very dissapointed. I specificly called and confirmed with hotels.com about hottub. because it was gift for my husband. When we arrived we learned they decided to remove hottub.

Beautiful hotel experience

My stay was very good. My husband and I went on a staycation before we got real busy at work this holiday seasons.
