Pros: I enjoyed the time, atmosphere of course, the breakfast, and the price, and the staff was awesome.
Cons: Keep up the good work, everything was spectacular.
Location: There's a lot of fun and exciting news you'd have to be honest with yourself go to the mall it has everything you need and more.
The area has had alot of changes over the years, but I really like the way it's developed. The banks, gas stations, and the mall are all close to the hotel which was within walking distance. I had great choice of place for entertainment and eating to choose from. It was a great time.

Location: Buckroe beach is 6 miles away. Went on a Friday and it wasn't crowded at all.There is great food stand with reasonable prices. $1 water, can't beat it
Booked this hotel for a visit to Buckroe Beach for 2 adults and 2 children. It was a little cramped but we were only there for one night. Nice to have microwave and refrigerator in room. The laundry is coin operated. The room seemed cool when we arrived, almost too cool, but whole family was too hot to sleep with covers with AC set on 61. It didn't seem to be efficient at night. The shower drained so slow that within a minute of getting in you were standing in about an inch of water and by the time you finished it was up past your ankles. Beds were clean and comfortable. Carpet seemed dirty and had a few stains. Free Breakfast was nice.

Very clean, very comfortable, quiet, peaceful setting. Staff was very friendly, especially Pam. Suite was well furnished and felt like a home away from home. I will definitely stay there again next time I am in the Hampton Roads area.

Pros: Location. Easy to access from the interstate and in a quiet area.
Cons: Move the coffee maker from the bathroom, it is not an area for a coffee maker. Very germy, wouldn't use it.
Location: Nice location and everything was close.
We stayed 3 nights and would return when in the area. It was very full due to a youth basketball tournament, but everything was still pleasant.

Cons: Friendliness of staff, breakfast was cold and not heated well. P,ease give me what I paid for originally....
Location: Plenty around to do: numerous restaurants.
Reserved a suite with sleeper sofa. Called to cancel one night of two, and got a room with a king bed only. I went to get room changed to what I paid for and I got the run around. Paid too much to get a run of the mill room that was dirty and I also had to pay for a roll away. Never again will I stay in Hampton, VA at this hotel. The staff is overworked, and it took over an hour to simply check in and another 1.5 hours to get the roll away that I should not have had to pay for. I was too disgusted to fight them and wanted to get out of Hampton, Va the next day....
