Management and staff were great. No microwave. Bathroom needed to be updated and overall appearance of furniture was worn.

Perfect low-key hotel

The staff was the best part of the stay. They were friendly and helpful. They took the time to chat with my teenage daughter and inquire about her day. They listened to her tell about her exciting day.

Plumbing repairs seriously needed

Pros: Faith, hotel personnel. She was super friendly and courteous! Excellent representation for Courtyard Marriott!!! King bed comfortable
Cons: Water/plumbing issues with sink and camode!!!! Unsanitary!!!! I would recommend this hotel provided management get plumbing under control!!
Location: Great walking location to Hampton Coliseum Eating places within walking distance. We enjoyed walking the area of conveniences.
Bathroom sink had slow water draining Camode flushing was terrible. You had to hold the handle down the entire flushing process until clear water appeared. A true pet peive I despise! Sorry for being gross!!! Room was clean looking Had a stale smell. King bed was comfortable. Nice balcony view of pool area. On a scale from 1 to 10, I'll give a 7. The hotel management needs to get room 320 plumbing for sink, especially CAMODE repaired. I don't appreciate slow water issues for cleaniness!!!

Modern, spacious hotel

I booked the hotel two months in advance and check in still went smoothly. There was a short wait since folks were arriving around the same time to check in. The hotel's lobby and cafe area were stylish, modern, comfortable, spacious and clean. The front desk was friendly. Toni Woods was very friendly and helpful. She even recommended some restaurants for dinner. The room, 2 queens, was clean and comfortable with a balcony overlooking the pool area. The layout was good and the room looked clean. I had a good night's sleep. This is a great location if you're attending events at the coliseum--within walking distance.
