A few minor problems, but staff tried to fix them

I had some issues with the first two rooms they placed me in, but on the third try they got it right. On the first morning of my stay (I had checked in the night before), I used the iron in my room to press a favorite shirt of mine and the iron left a stain. The staff offered to send it out to their cleaners to try to remove the stain, but on the following morning when I went to reclaim my shirt, I was told that the cleaners had just picked it up. It was not ready before I checked out and caught my plane back to Tennessee. Hopefully, they will get it to me by mail, as promised.
