Do Not End Your Day Here!!1

Posted Sep 9, 2015
Pros: The breakfast was the only thing good about this place.
Cons: They need a big time cash injection in this place, they need to cut away some of the trees that block your view of the place as you approach it.
Location: Greet location to Bush Gardens and water country U.S.A 9 miles away from the 2 parks.
Well let me see, Upon check in no greeting at all, First thing out the guys mouth I need to see your driver license and credit card. After check in, my son and I started looking around the room and found that it was a very old hotel, i should have no stayed here do to the fact 20 years ago I had a bad experience with Days Inn in Tennessee, the hotel my older son and I stayed in had roaches walking around at night. So it has been 20 years sense i have stayed at one of the roach infested hotels. The restroom exhaust fan cover was hanging down, the room chair was all sliced up, the curtain was missing hooks, the floor felt damp. the office chair had holes in it, the desk was missing knobs. it had a very outdated T.V. and last but not least the door looked like it had been kicked in. The door jam had been busted and cracked to hell, you can see light all around the door. And the staff where just hanging outside like they where back on the block. V

disappointed in my hotel stay

Posted Sep 7, 2015
Pros: It was close to the Mall
Cons: Improving the rooms and staff's that are concern about meeting the customer needs
Location: visiting the Mall
My room was not clean especially the carpet. There was a lot of traffic outside the hotel ( a lot of people hanging out side the front door entrance), and around hotel premise it was not clean.

Terrible hotel

Hotel was not a safe environment. The room was not clean at all. Left the hotel within an hour of being there and went to a new one. Would not reccomend this hotel to anyone.

Staff is completely rude, no professionalism whatsoever, rooms are horribly dirty and unsanitary, breakfast made us sick, we couldn't even get towels or toilet paper, and I mean we had NO toilet paper, the staff left our room door open when they came into clean , never shut it so it was open for maybe 12 hours while we were gone leaving all of our items exposed, manager didn't care to hear anything that i had to say and the staff was very argumentative, worst experience ever

Very outdated and unclean room

Posted Aug 19, 2015
Pros: Just the bathroom. It appeared to have been repaired and up dated recently
Cons: New furniture, new carpet, and new beds.
Location: The best thing about the motel was a great restaurant beside the hotel.
The room was not clean and the furniture was in really bad shape. The chair was ripped and the entertainment stand was falling apart. The only thing that was adequate about this room was the bathroom was overall satisfactory.

Totally disgusting

Posted Aug 10, 2015
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Tear it down and start over
I would never stay at this place even if it was free!!!!! Smelled of cat urine as soon as we opened the door. My husband got stuck in the bathroom due to the door handle breaking, he used the keycard to get out. The office was notified and said someone would fix it which no one ever did come and fix it. People right outside the door yelling very early in the morning. One word to describe DIGUSTING!!!!

Nothing special.

Needed a centrally located hotel to stay in that accepted pets. This hotel is dated, run down and they tried to cover it up with a fresh coat of paint. Bed was rock solid. Our room keys deactivated themselves twice in 1 week. I asked for towels in the evening and didnt get them... had to demand them the next morning. Wifi never worked (even after the desk clerk rebooting the router), we own a business and no wifi makes it very difficult to do anything. We also had a visit from a county parole officer looking for a parolee who had been staying in our room. The fabric padded desk chair was full of stains. Furniture was outdated and wobbly. Staff doesnt wear uniforms so it was very difficult to tell if someone worked there or not. On the positive side... Bed linens and bathroom were very clean. And they accept pets... our dogs were comfortable! Decent stay if you need 1 or 2 nights and arent picky.

Not what I was expecting.

The area looked very unsafe. The hotel room had old dirty furnitures. The bedsheet and comforter that were on the mattress were so disgusting (dirty as hell).

Pros: Um really...NOTHING
Worst hotel ever. We booked two rooms. We got there at midnight and one room was not clean. Bed was unmade, tv was on, bathroom light was on. We told the hotel staff and he said there wasn't anything he could since it was so late. We went in to the second room and the floor had dirt all over and there were cigarette burns all over the blankets. We called several hotels in the area to try to switch but all were full. We luckily found another hotel for the second night.
