There were bed bugs, need I say more?

I paid for this room and online and when I got there 2 people were checking out. It was late at night so I inquired why and I was shown bites from BED BUGS. Needless to say, I left the property and took a hit to my pocket. Disgusting.

Dont stay there, Stay Away

the hotel seem nice online once arrived the hotel was smelly the a/c knob was broken so had to wait for 2 hours for the room to cool. The walls was dirty, carpet was dirty. The bed matress was dirty. This is a hotel you just go to to shack up and leave not a hotel it should be called a motel. The hotel stinked and the wifi wasnt great. Police was there, it was people standing outside at night.

There was hair in between the sheets when we went to get in bed. Dust in the corners of the room. Towels were "clean" yet dirty. Room was not like picture, there was a nasty carpeted floor. Shower drain was plugged and water set in bottom of shower. This was the only room around, all other hotels were booked for that Saturday so there wasn't much of a choice.

Terrible, do not believe the photo's

Pros: Nothing
Cons: It should be shut down, and that is no joke.
Location: Army Transportation museum,Yorktown, all kinds of Historic sites, Busch gardens.
Arrived in room, Air, broken, television broken, floor sticky, grime everywhere, refrigerator was sad and not plugged in and probably for a good reason. The biggest issue besides the filth was the lack of air conditioning the weather was warm and very humid, so I called downstairs and said I would need to go and would like a refund, the lady got nasty with me and said I would have to call Expedia, so I did, the Customer service rep informs me it takes 5 days to process a refund, what? I gave the guy downstairs my card, I should be able to get a refund. Expedia tells me that he has talked to the clerk and he is a friend, so I go downstairs to receive my refund and he informs me he will give me the next two nights I booked back but for that night it was non- refundable and I needed to leave immediately, so he charged me over xx bucks for one hour in a room that is misrepresented on the travel sites, pool was covered up and overgrown with weeds, now go look at the pic. Expedia and this guy are "friends" so I did not get all my money back, and take what you see with a grain of salt, first time thie has happened to me, from now on I check the room before I pay.

The stay was terrifying ! We had to get a new room BC the first one wasn't cleaned . Only to get to the second room & roaches were having a party . They were dead ones laying everywhere & some jumping out of the fridge & freezer . The staff were illy dressed . Very unprofessional demeanor , hotels.com should remove this hotel from their selection . I'm morbidly disgusted.

It was horrible. I asked for an extra towel and 2 wash cloths. I instead was provided 2 towels. There were children and people loitering outside until about midnight.
