I appreciated the nightly reception & breakfast. The openness of the lobby is nice, but the room was stuffy. The carpet in the room was buckling from the living room to the bedroom (rm 327)There were so many stains & white spots (yuck) on the couch that we used handy wipes before we sat down. Unzip the cushions every once in a while & wash them. Also there's a shower seat that should be bleached. It had grime & god knows what in the creases, It was gross! Maybe I'm expecting too much but I don't want to see anyone's dirt anywhere especially in the shower.

Very nice hotel, very convenient

It was so nice I did not want to leave. My family enjoyed themselves as well. The food was impeccable.

Bed Bugs Beware!!!

We stayed during the Thanksgiving holiday. What started as a great time visiting family and friends turned into a disaster. We discovered bed bugs crawling in our beds. We had to leave our luggage in the hotel and leave with our belongings in garbage bags. It was so humiliating! We were forced to cut our trip short in fear of bringing bed bugs to our relatives home. While the hotel staff appeared sympathetic, it did not help with the cost of cleaning all our clothes and the nuisance of dealing with bed bugs. My elderly mother was crying and had to take a pressure pill to calm her nerves. To add insult to injury, when filing a claim with the hotel's insurance we learned that the hotel had declared bankruptcy. We now have to wait until a judge unfreezes their assets to even get back what we had to put out which is up to two years in Virginia, not to mention the trauma of the whole experience. If you value your sanity and cleanliness do not stay at the is hotel.

Look no further!

Great hotel, steps away from the Hampton Convention Center and Coliseum. The rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable, they have a nightly reception, and a spectacular breakfast made to order. This is my new go to hotel for the Hampton area!
