Very quiet once inside my room. However the 2 ladies working the front desk on the morning shift were both rude and unprofessional. They should be picking up cans on the side of the road and not have anything to do with the customer service field.

Didn't realize so many kinds who were very loud 15 min wait 2 check in Didn't have a QR code in room , went downstairs 2 use at desk, line 2 long so had 2 go outside in the rain to get QR code for parking

I didnt like having to pay for parking, in a regular parking lot. With no valet, I had to drive around to find a park. Im okay with that but I dont think I should be charged. Its not in a big city where all you have is parking garage.

I arrived at 3:30 p.m. to check-in and waited in line until 4:15 to only be told that I still had to wait because the room I reserved wasnt ready. Got in the room and there was medicine in the fridge, asked for towels and never received them, asked for trash bags and had to end up going downstairs to get them. There was a shooting that happened in the parking lot and a guest had his car damaged which caused a big fuss in the lobby. The front desk workers were lovely to deal with. They were pleasant and tried to move speedy.

The noise level was ridiculous. Did not go 2 bed until 2am , I assuming that when people left the lobby. Could not use the pool until Sunday morning B4 checking out cause of 2 many people. Would have liked 2 have known that something was going on at the hotel ahead of time so that I could have planned accordingly

Nice stay!
It was a very nice stay. Great atmosphere. The breakfast was the only not so wonderful part but, they were extremely busy and I know it must have been difficult to keep everything cleaned up and restocked. Otherwise it was a great trip and the hotel and room were clean and comfortable. The location was great for our event at the Hampton Coliseum.

Poor stay
Staff was friendly and welcoming. A team was also staying at the hotel. The children on the team were unsupervised and were unruly. They were loud, running up and down the halls and knocking on doors during late hours of the night. I am active duty navy and stayed at the hotel to get some alone time with my wife after being out to sea and was disappointed with my inability to truly relax. The children also left food and trash in various areas of the hotel that went uncleaned between days. Multiple patrons also complained of the chaos in passing. We complained to the staff but it seemed that little was done. My wife and I were very displeased with our stay.

My stay was wonderful! The staff was very nice and the hotel was by far the best hotel I have ever stayed at in the Hampton roads area. I definitely recommend this hotel to all. When I make my next trip back to Hampton roads, I will be staying here again! 10 out of 10.

From when I walked into the hotel, it felt inviting. The employees were friendly and efficient. The room was clean and loved the space. Breakfast was delicious and the guest reception was nice. I will make the Embassy Suites my home away from home.
