Unfriendly staff. Gave me a handicapped room and advised there was no other rooms available. Did not advise me of breakfast times nor where the elevators where upon check in.

The staff was wonderful. The room clean . Air-conditioning loud and leaking water. Tv kept blinking off and on. Staff was great and moved us to a better room. Well no shower curtain in bathroom .

The room was clean. The front desk was very professional and welcoming. The only problem is the plumbing. The toilet wouldn’t flush properly and the tub and sink didn’t drain well either.

The staff was excellent! They were very friendly and welcoming. We were conveniently located near Coliseum mall and the restaurants as well as other hotels where our friends were staying. And we were not too far from Hampton University, which is why we were down there for homecoming.

Good hotel close to port
Check in was very easy and staff friendly. Breakfast was included and was very good. Hotel is about 20_30 min from Norfolk Port authority. Was close enough if you are going on cruise.

Sraff were very friendly. Elevator floors were very dirty, and overall cleanliness of hallways and our room was poor. The worst maintenance of any Holiday Inn Express we have ever stayed in.

It was okay. The air conditioner was noisy and the shower was alright too, except the water flowed out into the room. and there wasn't any counter space to put our stuff. very inconvenient.

My vehicle was broken into right in front of the hotel overnight. The front desk did nothing to help nor did they show that they cared at all. I will NEVER stay at this hotel again.

Big crack in ceiling of bathroom! WTH!! I do not understand the logic of starting breakfast at 7am. I had to leave at 6:15 for a 7am tennis match. I would think many people on business travel, also, need to get out of their hotel before 7am. Would have been nice to have something in my stomach.

Employees the only good thing about this hotel.
Old hotel, clean but run down. Bed was average, tub was pealing, tile was cracked around faucet. Very nice employees if it wasn't for them I would have gave this hotel a below average rating.
