This Holiday Inn express wasn't as nice as others we have stayed in, But in their defense they are undergoing remodeling. Woke at 8:00 after a holiday party to banging on the roof outside. Pool closed and certain amenities not available. Girl that checked us in was nice but called us by wrong name. Next day asked about continental breakfast told they didn't have one just a restaurant. When I asked a second time because expedia reservation said free breakfast, I was given 2 vouchers. The breakfast was very good and waiter very attentive and cheerful.

Fell short in all the wrong ways.

It was clean enough, no problems there. We wanted a place to wind down, have a drink, and catch an early flight the next day. TV only offered pay-per-view...regular TV wasn't working. Bar closed at nine, so couldn't have an evening cocktail, which was pretty annoying, as it was one of the main reasons I booked the place. Had to whistle and shout for service for check in, and was treated somewhat rudely when the guy finally came out to the counter. That said, super nice guy on the morning shift, hooked us up with a free cab, as the airport shuttle wasn't running yet. Place was clean and all...just didn't have any of the things it mentions in its ad...I would have just stayed somewhere else if I had known there was no bar/food available after nine, no shuttle, and no tv service.

Great Hotel, Great Price

The Holiday Inn hotel have been remodeled and are just gorgeous. This is my second stay at a Holiday Inn. We were thoroughly impressed! The location was great; it was right off the highway, and close to my daughter's home. We had breakfast at the hotel and it was really good, fresh and very reasonalbly priced for a hotel restaurant. The hospitality was great, and I will definitely be staying when I visit my daughter.

Very clean and comfortable. TV service could be a little more user friendly but the channel offerings were very good. The staff was friendly and helpful. The morning staff on Thanksgiving day was exceptional and breakfast was tasty.

The hotel itself was fine but we paid extra for the breakfast. It was ridiculous. There was one server running around to service all tables. It was set up as a buffet but the eggs and potatoes were cold and nasty. The server had to provide all beverages and refills, the bacon/sausage had to be ordered and brought from kitchen, there were no spoons by the cereal so those had to be requested and brought. Seriously there were only five occupied tables when we were there, but it was the longest drawn out breakfast ever. Definitely not worth the money!! Lots of other breakfast options nearby which we took advantage of the second morning.

I got to the hotel very late Friday night after an exhausting 7 hour drive. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. Antwoin from the restaurant stayed open and prepared hot food for me before I went up to my room. The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean. Definately will stay here again.

I found the staff to be most pleasant and accommodating, despite the fact that I had to impose upon them for a number of key changes and items that were not replenished in my room throughout my stay. While my room was very clean, there was a distinct odor (cleaning supply odor) that could be detected upon entering. I traveled with a number of friends and no one else had this issue. I want to commend the staff for the rapid return of some items I left in a drawer. Upon my call to the hotel, they located the items and I received them in two days time.
