The staff were super nice, the rooms were clean. A few features seem to point towards renovations being needed soon. But for the most part it was great.

Pros: Very easy to find once I got off the Interstate.
Location: Easy to get off and on Interstate. Quiet location and many nice restaurants close by.
Staff was very friendly during check in and out process. Was courteous when I asked for an extra blanket and delivered very quickly. Overall excellent service at this hotel.

Nice hotel, right off 64. Perfect for our overnight stay following a concert in VA Beach. Easy access to CNU the next day. Comfortable, quiet, and friendly

overall experience

Pros: The front desk was very helpful and nice.
Cons: improved quantity and quality of linens.
Location: 20-40 min. from Williamsburg, Jamestown, living museum, mariners museum, Virginia beach and the Virginia aquarium.
The front desk staff were very helpful from the time I walked in. The had me registered for two room. they took the time to call Expedia and make sure I was not charged for the two rooms. The room was OK as far as cleanliness went with a few issues. The curtain and bed linen have burn holes in them. When I asked housekeeping for extra towels, they all stated that that they did not have my room or extra towels to give me. I went to the desk and they too did not have extra towels to give me. Instead of remembering to give me more towels when they were clean, I didn't get any. The follow-through of staff was my issue.

Nice quiet town. Plenty of restaurants and stores close by. Nice town to raise children.

Cons: They should put slip-proof strips in bath tub to prevent possible falls.
Location: Location was great. We liked the City Center area and were very impressed with the Museum of the American Revolution.
They didn't come in to clean/straighten the room.

Convenient hotel near I-64 and shopping areas.

Pros: 5 minutes
Cons: The cheerfulness of the staff.
Location: Good location in a somewhat up-scale area.
The elevator was out of order the day I arrived. Had to carry luggage up the stairs. The so-called "deluxe" breakfast was disappointing. Asked for a wake-up call that came 15 minutes late. The room was not cleaned after the first day of my stay. The staff cleaning the rooms weren't too friendly. Spoke to them twice and they didn't speak back. The lady preparing the breakfast room wasn't too pleasant.

When we first arrived the elevator was inoperable, but was repaired the next day. We had to lug our luggage up the stairs. The room was large and clean except there were several spots on the carpet and small pieces of paper on the floor, under the sofa and along the bed floor.
