Arrived at hotel a little before 6pm, waited 30-45 mins for room (was not ready upon arrival although check in is at 3pm), found a bedbug:+\. Reported to Front Desk Receptionist. She stated that the Manager would follow up and have an inspection done of the room. My husband showed the receptionist the bedbug. Also, took pics of multiple sites on his body where he was bitten. Overall, check in process was not good nor was check out. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

We apologize for your poor experience. This is not typical of our hotel. We did thoroughly have your room inspected and there were no findings but they do travel so it is possible he was a "hitchhiker" so we did have the room treated for any potential issues.
