Very unpleasant stay

Posted Sep 26, 2016
The room was filthy and smelled like a dog, just left and went to another hotel, just disgusting, will advise all of my colleagues as well as social media contacts to never stay there.

The staff was very pleasant and amazing! My boyfriend had got rushed to the ER during my stay and my things were still in the room I called and asked if they could hold my things and they packed my things and held it for me with no problem and everything was there. I will forever be grateful for that! They even managed to save my flowers... Thanks staff at Red Roof Inn!

Unsanitary

Posted Aug 22, 2016
House keeping must of only changed the towels & make the bed, if they even go that far. I found a large amount of dry urine on the toilet seat, mold on the shower curtain, sticky counter tops, brown streaks on the linens, and the carpet smelled like stinky feet. The bathroom mirror light was out and the safe said low battery. When I went to the front desk she assigned me to the room next door. It was better, not great, but after being outside in the miserable heat all day, my only concern at that point was a clean bed.

People were hanging around outside. Dogs barking

Posted Aug 22, 2016
Pros: I liked the fact that it was close to restaurants and stores.
Cons: Updating/renovating.
People were hanging around outside, trucks were loud, dogs barking, had to walk a distance to get ice, room to small. The experience was nothing like anything that I am accustom to. $184.00 for two nights I guess I should have expected just what I got. I will check more carefully before I book a reservation at an unfamiliar location.

Too smoky

Posted Jul 29, 2016
Decent Red Roof. My only issue was the staff all collecting right outside the lobby and not far from my room to smoke. Negated all the "Smoke-Free" stickers.

Got a bad feeling when I saw that the hotel offered weekly rentals. You had to be buzzed into the lobby. The bedroom floor was sticky and the towels, hand towels and pillows were dirty. I will never stay at a Red Roof Inn again and I will not recommend it to anyone I know.
