My room was clean but dated bathroom. Air didn’t work properly key card access didn’t work good. We had to tap card 3-4 times before we could open the door. Booked another room for my daughter and her room was very dirty. Dirty wrinkled sheets hair all over bathroom floor and tub. Something weird all over the bedside table. We addressed the front desk. He never apologized but did put her in another room. He tried to say my daughter yelled at him she did not but she did raise her voice because he refused to look at the pictures and videos of the room conditions. He would even look at her. Booking said they served breakfast they do not. I will not stay there again nor do I recommend this place. I have pictures and video of the room conditions.

The room was not clean . Bedding had burn holes in it . Sugar dumped on the floor under the desk . Bathroom wall had stains all over it . Funky smell in the room.

It's a misrepresentation to say this property had breakfast. What they had was coffee and a juice machine that produces water instead of orange juice. No food. I was not expecting anything fancy, but I was expecting something food-wise as advertised. I was looking for an inexpensive place to lay my head in a central location, so it ticked those boxes, but overall disappointed with the experience and will make an effort to stay somewhere else the next time I visit.

It was close enough for me to get to work but the other guest doesn't respect quiet time and the front desk need some training as well as the staff they don't know how to talk to the customers.

No breakfast is available but it was advertised on your site that breakfast included. Blood stains and holes on bed sheet, dirty bathroom and towels. I want my money refunded.

We booked on Orbitz which noted Pet Friendly and Breakfast Included. Upon arrival we learned they no longer include breakfast and charged a pet fee. The manager waved the pet fee at check-in but then later charged our credit card. Bathroom was dirty with stains and the shower curtain was bent. Then the heater started rattling at night so loud we couldn’t sleep and just turned it off.

I stayed here before and thought it was ok. This time we had a 2 night stay. The second night we noticed roaches as we were going to bed. I had to pack up and find another place to stay. They said they would refund us one night. They would not refund the money I paid for my dog. I still have not received money back for the one night.

Check in process was easy. Front desk clerk was very nice. However, the room was absolutely atrocious. Water damage in bathroom. The tub was dirty and curtain was moldy and dingy. The bath curtain rod was completely broken in half. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. There were stains on the sheets. Seriously spend a little more money and go somewhere else.

A cheap and smelly but reliable stay
Service was quick and easy. The room was tidy but reeked of cigarette smoke. The bedding had cigarette burn marks on it including on the comforter and linens. We turned on the bathroom fan to air the smoky smell out. Other than that, the bedroom and bathroom were clean. There was warm water and working A/C. For how cheap it was ($60 per night), my partner and I were satisfied.

We came from Eastern NC to visit Bush Gardens. It was a good stay. And the park was right down the road from where we stayed so that was really nice.

Initial room had huge cochroach on bathroom floor. The A/C and air quality was awful. I asked for another room. The room was cleaner and the air was cleaner but the A/C unit was noisy. I could not sleep with it on so turned it off. The walls were paper thin. The floors above were shaking from the noise of the adjacent travelers. Very noisy.

We were just there for the night in between theme parks, and the stay would have been perfect if not for finding a small cockroach inside the tissue box as one of us went to use it. That put a damper in the whole nice, as we were left wondering if there would be more.
