Bedbugs and management that doesn't care.

Three out of five of our rooms were OK - but two of them had BEDBUGS, smelled bad (non-smoking rooms that someone had obviously been smoking in), and were not acceptable to my team members who were staying there. Management would not give us new rooms, nor would they give us our money back. They were argumentative and not customer service oriented at ALL. Our team has stayed here in the past many times and it's been fine, but now we will never ever return. There were strange characters outside as well pacing around and smoking all night - looking in windows etc. I tend not to write bad reviews, but feel that I must say something on this one - you're rolling the dice for sure with this motel.
