Have stayed here on and off for years. Close to Boston but less expensive and free parking. Big plus. Changed their policy to charging for overnight parking. Very disappointing. Probably a deal breaker for going back. Seriously? Newton?

Heater didn't work, freezing room. Small room. Door handle broken, shower handles broken. Something bit me. Gross.
Slow bar staff (like 15min to wait). Rather stay in a Motel 6.

We had a comfortable stay. The bed was nice. Our toilet kept making noise after the flush which was annoying.

Liked the light dimmers next to bed. Hotel had no valet or concierge to help with bags to the room.

Great location in a great area. Not far from downtown by car and directly by a train station. Great staff and nice rooms.
